Jo Jackson (pictured, left) has joined SEGRO as director for the Thames Valley region. She will be responsible for the asset, leasing and property management teams charged with the portfolios for Slough Trading Estate and SEGRO Park Bracknell.
James Newton (pictured, right) has joined Vail Williams as a surveyor from Lambert Smith Hampton. He joins the business space team in Reading and will work on the acquisition and disposal of office and industrial premises.
Matthews & Goodman has appointed Bev Robinson as equity partner from Scanlans Consultant Surveyors. She will set up the new Birmingham office, undertake property valuations and advise on property receivership cases.
TFT has promoted Katie Brooks in the project monitoring team and Wes Norman, Rohit Chauhan and James Bent in the building surveying practice to technical partners. Ollie Morris, Deborah Brown, Roger Stanton, Alasdair Balfour and Jake Honor have been appointed as senior associates.
Tetra Tech has appointed Craig Hatch as UK president to lead its UK operation, encompassing the defence, transportation, housing, low-carbon energy, highways and water sectors. Sam McCloskey has been named director of the UK sustainability and climate resilience practice.
Montagu Evans has made the following partner promotions: Eleanor Cook in development and valuation; Gareth Fox and Anna Russell-Smith in planning; Paul Surgeon in rating; and David Taylor in historic environment and townscape. Rosie Adamson, Jonny Goldstone, Rachel Lambert, Harry Wackett, Annie Wilkins and Gregor Wilson have all been promoted to associates. Alex Rowley has been made a senior heritage adviser, and Matt Boyd, Harry Charman, Evan Corcoran, Joanna Hayward-Cook, Max King, Hugh Mitchell and Hannah Williams have been promoted to senior surveyors.
Queensgate Investments has hired Gary Jones as chief operating officer and Daniel Peart as general counsel from Aprirose and Blackstone, respectively.
Savills has promoted Jan-Niklas Rotberg to head of office agency in Germany.
Law firm Wedlake Bell has promoted Ollie Embley in the private client team and Rachel Walbourn in real estate to partners.
Vistry Partnerships has appointed Pete Hayes as land and partnerships director for the North West region. He joins from Engie.
Knight Frank has appointed Birju Shah as head of its new capital advisory division from Cairn Capital. Emma Winning has joined as a partner in the equity advisory team.
Moda Living has appointed Andre Bogle, Greg Bailey and Lara Rushby as project directors. Paul Holcroft has joined as development executive, Chris Trunkfield as design architect, and Max Verity as a finance analyst. Camilla Beese joins as data analyst, Eleanor Trigwell as marketing campaigns manager, and George Molloy as finance manager.
Dalata Hotel Group has appointed Carol Phelan as group chief financial officer.
