V7 Asset Management has recruited Stephen Parry-Jones (pictured, right) to spearhead its new specialist industrial division. He joins as a director from Aviva Investors.
Kinleigh Folkard & Hayward has appointed Sophie Danes (pictured, left) as head of lettings management. She previously headed up operations for Get Living at East Village at the former Olympic Park in Stratford, east London.
Naismiths has appointed Terry Burke as a senior business development manager.
Solihull-based Living Space Housing has appointed Alex Jones as a technical manager. He joins from Torsion Group.
Granger Reis has appointed Michael Strong as chairman. He previously served as executive chairman and chief executive officer of CBRE EMEA.
Aitchison Raffety has appointed Lee McGovern as a property manager within its residential portfolio management team. He was previously a property manager at Maunder Taylor.
Graduate Josh Clark has joined Eddisons as an architectural assistant in its Leeds office.
Picton has appointed Lena Wilson as a non-executive director, effective from 1 January, and as chair designate.
Lichfields has appointed Matthew Spry as head of its London office and John Cottrell as head of the Cardiff office.
White & Case has appointed James Pullen as a partner in its global mergers and acquisitions practice in London.
Allsop has promoted Andrew Hoban to partner. Holly Thomas, Liam Stray and Richard How have been promoted to associate, while Andrew Wise, Becky Swinburn, Ciaran McGivney, David Evans, Nick Troubridge, Owen Rees, Rebekah Donaldson and Victoria Barron have been made senior surveyors.
Cushman & Wakefield has appointed Amy Cooper as head of London project management. She will succeed Robert Beaumont, who retires at the end of the year after 35 years with the firm. Edward Gregg has been appointed to lead the occupier project management team.
CALA Homes has appointed Andrew Dicker as managing director of its Midlands region. He joins from Legal & General Homes, where he was technical director.
Off-site construction specialist Reds10 has appointed Phillip Cartwright as a non-executive director.
Marcus Davies Bateman has been promoted to managing director of Cobalt UK. He held the role as head of Cobalt Asia since 2013.
Will Sherlock has joined Harris Lamb as an associate in its investment team. He joins from the CBRE Midlands capital markets team.
Hammerson has appointed Connor Owens as director of Ireland. He will head up Hammerson’s Irish business, and lead operations across Dundrum Town Centre, the ILAC Centre and Swords Pavilions.
Karl Manning has joined Savills Chelmsford as a director to lead its residential department.
