Trident Building Consultancy has promoted Sam Parsons (pictured, right) to associate director. Paul Johnson joins as an assistant right of light surveyor.
Hollis has appointed Philip Hirst as head of schedules of condition. He has more than 12 years’ experience in commercial building surveying services and specialises in dilapidations, project management and due diligence surveys.
Lisa Stutely has joined Kirkby Diamond as a director to lead its property management team in Milton Keynes.
Atrato Group has appointed Max Kinghorn as managing director with the remit to expand long-income properties outside the supermarket sector. He joins from Whitmarsh Holt Young.

Living Space Housing has promoted Paul Breen to commercial director in recognition of his contribution to the growth of the business, which was launched in 2019.

Savills has appointed Peter Baird as an associate in the building and project consultancy team in Cambridge. Savills Ireland has appointed John Ring as director of research from Knight Frank.
Richard Gregory has joined Places for People Group as chair. He will replace Chris Phillips, who stands down on 31 January.
Martin’s Properties has appointed David Brown as finance director and Asif Khan as financial controller.
Matthews & Goodman has recruited Robert Burcher to join its national lease consultancy team as a partner. He was previously an associate director at Cushman & Wakefield.
The asset management team at Sovereign Centros has appointed David Sadler as senior analyst and Ben Moffett as senior accountant.
Florian Graham-Watson has joined Fortwell Capital as associate director. He joins from Alvarium Investments where he focused on capital raising for UK and pan-European real estate strategies.
Cushman & Wakefield has expanded its logistics and industrial expertise with the appointment of Sally Bruer as partner from Tritax Management.
Aitchison Raffety has appointed Ollie Redman as a graduate surveyor in its commercial agency division in Hertfordshire. He previously worked with NHS Property Services and JLL.
