TOG has appointed Alex Burnett (pictured, right) as director of enterprise for Europe. He joins in November from Cushman & Wakefield and will lead the agency partnerships and enterprise transaction teams.
Capital & Regional has appointed Katie Wadey (pictured, left) as a non-executive director. As part of her new role, she will join the audit, remuneration and responsible business committees.
Jo Mapp has joined NewFlex as a director to oversee sales activity across all its brands. She has 12 years’ experience in the flexible office industry and joins from Citibase.
Player Roberts Bell has recruited James Cunnington and Claire Johnson as senior architectural technician and studio manager, respectively.
Hines has promoted senior managing director Xavier Musseau to president of Hines France.
Key Land Capital has recruited Richard Bowden as interim chief information officer and Bradley Walker as a surveyor. Marie Livesey has been promoted to associate director.
James Buchanan has been made managing director at LCP, following six years as investment director. Based at Millbank Tower in London, he will oversee retail development and the growth of multi-use schemes across the UK.
Workman partner Hedley Jones has taken a new role within the ESG team as head of ESG refurbishment and development. He brings specialist technical construction experience and sustainability expertise to the new role.
Savills has appointed Caroline Guezo as director of office transactions in its office agency team in France.
Orchard Street Investment Management has promoted Fergus Egan to partner. He joined the business in 2014 as head of retail asset management.
Duncan Robertson has joined CBRE as head of industrial and logistics project management in its UK building consultancy division. He previously worked for Rider Levett Bucknall.
The society of Industrial & Office Realtors has appointed Paul Danks as Europe president. He is a global corporate real estate adviser and a director in DeVono Cresa’s portfolio solutions team.
Peter Hawthorne has been appointed chief executive at LCR. He has held the post on an interim basis for the past year, succeeding David Joy.
Jo Al-Hillawi has joined CO—RE as a development surveyor. He joins from Knight Frank, where he was associate partner in the central London capital markets team.
Zayna Over has joined Sovereign Centros as leasing and asset manager. She previously worked at intu where she was senior asset manager responsible for its Milton Keynes shopping centre.
Iceni Projects has appointed Matt Kinghan and Paul McColgan as directors in its newly formed economics team. They join from GL Hearn.
University of Cambridge estates director Michael Aston has joined Cushman & Wakefield as head of UK life sciences, part of its healthcare division.
Montagu Evans has appointed Vanessa Forster to its property management team. She previously worked at Hammerson, where she managed its shopping centre portfolio.
