SP Property Group has appointed Noel Hennelly (pictured left) as a senior property manager in its residential property management team. Hennelly has 13 years’ experience managing individual rental properties and portfolios for private and institutional landlords, including Imperial College and the Wellcome Trust.
Jo Russell (pictured second from left) has joined Stoford Developments as a planning director from Turley. Russell will provide planning advice and will manage strategic projects for the business, from land promotion through to securing planning permission.
CBRE has promoted Nigel Stoneham (pictured second from right) to director in its south central valuation advisory team.
AXA Investment Managers – Real Assets has appointed Thomas Karmann (pictured right) as head of logistic. Karmann joins from Prologis and brings more than 25 years of sector experience.
Ben Stansfield has joined Gowling WLG as a planning and environment partner. He joins from Stephenson Harwood.
Paragon has launched a city centre Bristol office with the following team: Paul Arthur, director in building surveying; Jess Dowsing, associate director in quantity surveying; Dan Wride, associate director in project management; and Jack Nowicki, senior quantity surveyor.
Cushman & Wakefield’s valuation team in Leeds has appointed Aimee Howard as a surveyor and promoted Matt Turner to associate. Graduates Callum Thompson and Connor Rogers have joined the team and are studying towards their APC qualification.
Vanessa Case has joined Whittle Jones as lettings/management surveyor in its North West office to focus on the Lancashire portfolio.
Godwin Developments has appointed Michael Brough to the property board. Brough is a member of the RICS and has 30 years’ experience in the property sector. Patrick Tidnam has been appointed commercial director at Godwin Capital. Tidnam is an experienced investment consultant and has provided capital funding solutions for high-growth companies.
NCP has appointed Nick Gravells as head of property asset management. Adam Robson has joined as head of new-build property development and Rhys Jones has been appointed as head of new site acquisitions.
Mike Clements has joined Acorn Property Group as operations manager in its Bristol office, working within Acorn’s direct construction division, AHCS.
Mildren Construction has appointed Nick Gray as operations manager.
Shahad Alani-Stevens and Daniel White have joined Mayfair Capital’s international business development team.
Savills has opened a new office in Newcastle city centre on Grey Street. The office will be led by directors Neil Morton, Ray Minto and Roger Speirs, who will head the planning, development and valuation teams respectively. The trio joined the firm from GVA and have a wealth of experience across the commercial and residential sectors.
Bewley Homes has recruited Ian Mathewson to head its technical department.
Tim Attlee has been appointed to the board of Empiric Student Property as chief executive officer.
Charlotte Hutchison has joined Cater Jonas as an associate in its London strategic planning team. She was previously at Iceni Projects and has experience in advising on planning projects from the inception stage, through to delivery across the South East.
Relendex has appointed business development managers Rick Davey and Danny McMurdo.
Tom Wells has joined Waterman’s Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) team in London as technical director. Wells joins from CBRE, where he established and ran the environmental planning and assessment service for six years.
ETP Property Consultants has appointed Alastair Kimpton and Edward Le Masurier as partners. Kimpton joins from Jones Lang LaSalle and specialises in development consultancy and commercial valuations. Le Masurier joined ETP in 2010.
The Northampton office of Lambert Smith Hampton has appointed Tom Blason as a graduate building surveyor. Tim Bell has been appointed as a graduate agency surveyor.
Barton Willmore has appointed Natalie Oates and Aliis Kodis as senior urban designers. Asli Sever has been appointed as a CAD technician.
Shepherd Chartered Surveyors has promoted residential surveyors Luke Doyle and Michael McDade to office management roles. Doyle will run the firm’s Kilmarnock branch and McDade will manage the Greenock office.
Fladgate has appointed construction and engineering expert Olivia Bateman as a partner in the construction team. She joins from Squire Patton Boggs.
Knight Frank in Bristol has appointed Nick More as partner in the residential development land team. Tom Sadler joins the planning team as senior planner.
Powell Williams has recruited surveyor Philip Ives to its London office as an associate partner.
John Webber, head of business rates at Colliers International, has been elected to the chair of the rating diploma holders’ section of the RICS.
