London law firm McCarthy Denning has appointed Soulla Berger (pictured, left) as partner to strengthen the company’s international hospitality practice in hotel real estate transactions.
SHW has appointed Ryan Carson (pictured, right) as head of building consultancy. As divisional head, he will manage the building consultancy teams across all eight SHW offices. Carson takes over the role from Russell Markham who has been made managing partner.
Keyland Developments has promoted Luke Axe to land and planning director. He joined the firm in 2016 and has been instrumental in devising the firm’s blueprint for sustainable development.
Urban Union has hired Ewan Boyd as senior quantity surveyor in the commercial department in Glasgow. He previously worked for All Saints Construction and CALA Homes East.
Catalyst Housing Group has appointed new board members Christine Turner, a solicitor and commercial mediator, and Thelma Stober, chair of Rosebery Housing Association.
Knight Frank has appointed Louise Glanville as head of its residential sales office in Exeter. Abdul Jambo has joined as a partner in the restructuring and recovery team from Eddisons.
Law firm Everett Tomlin Lloyd & Pratt has recruited solicitor Paige Moseley to its property department.
Caroline Helyer has joined Realm as manager in its leasing team. She will be charged with directing leads to secure new retail lettings and lease renewals on its Dalton Park, Milsom Place and Bedford Riverside schemes.
Amber Infrastructure Group has appointed Maciej Tarasiuk as a senior investment director to build on investment opportunities in Northern and Western Europe.
Cole Waterhouse has appointed Simon Gallanders as managing director to lead the restructured residential arm of the business. Both the residential and commercial divisions remain in the charge of chief executive Damian Flood, executive director Greg Ritchie and chief operating officer Rod Priestley.
Rebekah Paczek will join Earls Court Development Company on 10 May as director of public affairs and community relations.
Unispace has appointed Thomas Helliwell as regional principal of workplace strategy, EMEA. He was previously a director at TP Bennett.
