Colliers International has appointed Maxine Burnett (pictured left) head of lease administration service in the EMEA corporate solutions team, based in Leeds.
Kuli Bajwa (pictured second from left), a winner at the 2018 Birmingham Young Professional of the Year Awards, has been promoted to associate director at RPS. Bajwa joined the firm in 2015 as a project manager, and has been involved in the delivery of landmark projects; Moda Living’s 42-storey PRS development in Birmingham city centre, and the refurbishment of the Double Tree Hilton in Birmingham for Downing Investments.
JLL has appointed Asher Ross (pictured second from right) a director in its planning, development and heritage team based in London. He joins from GL Hearn and is an experienced planner, delivering residential and mixed-use developments across the country. In his new role, Ross will focus on growing the strategic land, greenfield promotion and expert witness areas of the planning division.
Cording Real Estate Group has appointed James Whidborne (pictured right) head of UK residential fund management. Whidborne will oversee the firms existing private rental sector (PRS) funds and will help to grow new residential investment products.
Dominic Towler has joined Cushman & Wakefield’s national logistics and industrial team in Birmingham as a surveyor from Sanderson Weatherall.
Caroline Bland has joined Whittle Jones in the Midlands as lettings manager.
Townscape and heritage specialist Juan José Sarralde has joined DLBP from Richard Coleman Citydesigner.
Rupert Ratcliffe has joined Ratcliffes as an associate partner. He will be responsible for developing commercial property investment syndications.
TFT has promoted Neil Wotherspoon to partner for Scotland; Marc Hill has been made partner for M+E; Andrew Ferrznolo and Jon Grimes have been appointed as technical partners in project consultancy; Oliver Morris has been named an associate in the energy & sustainability consultancy; Dan May has become an associate specialising in the commercial building consultancy; and Greg Curtis and Clayton McClean have been appointed senior building surveyors.
Abby Hughes has joined Hammerson as its new senior leasing manager for F&B and leisure.
Carter Jonas has appointed Matthew Ellams as partner to its architecture & building consultancy based in Leeds. He joins from Kings College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust in London, where he was head of construction. His remit will be to develop the consultancy across the North, offering a range of capabilities including specialist architectural services and building surveying, and cost consultancy and project management.
Leng Montgomery has been appointed as UK diversity & inclusion manager at Cushman & Wakefield. He joins from Sainsbury’s, and has experience in advising public and private sector companies on LGBT inclusion strategies and best practice.
Harworth Group has promoted Ian Ball to chief operating officer to drive operational delivery and future growth opportunities.
Principle Estate Management has recruited Danielle Randles as a senior property manager for its Midlands portfolio. She joins from Bigwood Chartered Surveyors.
Relendex has appointed Martin Whitworth as business development manager for the North West region. He joins from BIG Property Finance where he worked with brokers and leaders to assist with the financial growth and development of their business.
Law firm Cripps Pemberton Greenish has recruited Kit Mordaunt to its agricultural team as a senior associate from Foot Anstey. He has 20 years’ experience specialising in high net worth residential and rural property work.
Cushman & Wakefield has appointed former Kingfisher group property manager Tim Crighton as a partner. He will provide specialist logistics and retail supply chain advice to clients across EMEA.
Kooky has appointed James Caswell as in-house general counsel to support its acquisition programme.
Commercial property surveyor Ian Appleby has joined Bulleys from Lex Allan in Stourbridge.
Ian Harvey has joined Cluttons Investment Management as a consultant and chair of the investment committee.

Trident Building Consultancy has promoted William Fitzpatrick to senior building surveyor in Birmingham; Andrew Hill has been appointed to senior associate director and Alex Wallis principal building surveyor in the Bristol office; Joshua Pearce has been named associate director in the London City office; Claire Wightman and Mark Sweeney have been promoted to senior building surveyors in Glasgow; and in the Manchester office Peter Ewbank has been promoted to senior associate director.
