Knight Frank has appointed former Savills associate director Dan Harris as a partner in its Bristol residential development team. Emma Taylor (pictured, left) has joined the Birmingham office as partner to head its property asset management team.

Richborough Estates has appointed Jordan Gresham (pictured, right) as regional director for the North. He joins from Taylor Wimpey.

Savills has hired David Wharton as a director in its London building and project consultancy team from Lysander.

Yourkeys has appointed Dario Scimeca as head of housebuilder product. He joins from London Square.

Birmingham-based Stoford has expanded its team with the appointment of Andy Hartwright as land director and Simon Ganley as project manager.

Davidson Estates has recruited Jonathan Smith as a new home and investment consultant to manage the growth in new homes and land investments across Birmingham.

NHS Property Services has appointed Jane Hamilton as its chair. She is currently chair of the council of the University of Essex and is a non-executive director at the Government Property Agency.

Hollis has hired Artjom Heckers as project manager at its Amsterdam office.

Hines has appointed Stephen Finch as head of facilities management living, Europe, in its property management group. He joins from the NHS.

Flexible workspace operator Yours, a joint venture between Work.Life and Knight Frank, has appointed Freddie Cousens as landlord partnerships lead.

Sigma Capital Group has appointed Gavin Karney as financial analyst in London. In Manchester, Quorum Lawley joins as a financial analyst and Natalie Hughes as an assistant property asset manager.

Melville Rodrigues has joined Apex as head of real estate advisory.

Mark Roberts has joined Landmark Group as relationship director for Landmark Development Solutions from Assetz Capital.

BTR brand Kooky has appointed Vivian Hoelzl as head of property operations, Piers Du Boulay as head of lettings, and Mark Fleming, as head of marketing in its customer-centric team.

Flexible workspace specialist x+why has hired Natasha Johnston as head of sales and engagement.

CBRE has appointed Kenneth Hatton from Belmond as managing director to lead EMEA hotels.

CallisonRTKL has appointed Lydia Firminger as associate principal.  She joins from Kohn Pedersen Fox and has more than 17 years’ experience in the delivery of residential and mixed-use projects in central London and Europe.

Stenprop has appointed John Whitley as group sales and marketing director to drive the growth of its industrials platform.
