Bruton Knowles has appointed Shaun Wilkes (pictured left) as senior building surveyor in the Gloucester office to work on local, regional and national projects.
Knight Frank has appointed Stuart Osborn (pictured second from left) as partner to lead its new European residential investment team. Based at the firm’s global headquarters on Baker Street, he will advise on the disposal, acquisition, development and funding of student and residential assets across Europe.
Richborough Estates has appointed Harry Jackson (pictured second from right) as regional manager for the north of England. He joined the firm in 2016 and will focus on identifying residential development sites across the region, from Manchester, Merseyside and Yorkshire up to Cumbria and Northumberland.
BNP Paribas Real Estate has appointed Jonathan Pitt (pictured right) as senior director in the alternative markets team, covering hotels, leisure, healthcare, retirement living, student accommodation and build-to-rent assets. He previously held roles as head of lettings and management at Hamptons International and national director of build-to-rent at Countrywide.
Law firm Shoosmiths has appointed partners Sarah Ewing and John Palmer to its real estate team covering the Irish market.
Helix Property Advisors has promoted Laura Kelly to director and Madeleine Walkley to associate director.
Ed Lindley has joined Redrow Homes’ South Midlands team as land director.
Grainger has appointed Ben Taylor as portfolio director. He joins from Allsop and has more than 18 years’ senior investment, property management and lettings experience.
Vail Williams has appointed associate Gurdeep Virdi to its Solent team where he will assist occupiers, landlords, developers and investors. Tom Bevan has been appointed as associate in the Southampton office dealing with valuation work on behalf of lenders.
Montreaux has promoted Tom Webber to development director. He joined the firm in 2017.
Robert Pastuszek has joined Savills Czech and Slovak Republics as finance director.
Credit Suisse Asset Management Global Real Estate in London has hired Anthony Leonard as head of real estate UK.
Homes England has appointed Lynda McMullan as chief finance officer and Amy Casterton has been named chief of staff.
Spitfire Bespoke Homes has appointed Neil MacKay as technical director for the Midlands region. MacKay has more than 13 years’ experience in the residential property sector and has previously worked for Taylor Wimpey and Miller Homes.
Keller Williams UK has recruited Pritesh Shah as chief digital officer. He has previously worked with global brands including Sony, American Express and JD Wetherspoon. Nicky Stevenson has been appointed team director in the Mayfair office. Stevenson was formerly managing director at the Property Academy.
The Instant Group has appointed Gary Allin as head of project delivery for the UK and EMEA. He will lead the firm’s workspace projects for its growing international client base. He joins from ISG in Asia where he was group managing director.
Helen McKinney has joined Landbay as head of sales in the southern region.
Rhona Macpherson has been appointed associate director at JCRA in its real estate division. She will focus on providing hedging solutions to clients as well as driving new business development.

Gerald Eve has recruited John Sambrooks as partner in its Midlands industrial team. He joins from Cushman & Wakefield and brings 20 years’ sector experience to the role.
Property developer Newby has appointed Anthony Mackle as director of sales and marketing. He has previously held roles at Urban Splash, CITU, Parklane Group and Step Places.
Malcolm Hollis has recruited Sai Teja Koneru and Emilio Larrodera Baca to the project management team in the Berlin office.
Turley Scotland has promoted Kate Donald to associate director. Mary McCabe and Alex Mead have been appointed as planner and assistant planner respectively. Hannah Tweedie has joined the heritage service team as a senior consultant.
