Gerald Eve has appointed Julia Chowings (pictured, left) as a partner in its planning team and Tom Dolan-Bent as a partner in its development team to work across its London and UK regional markets.
Regional Property Solutions has appointed Carol Rouse (pictured, right) as property manager for its property management portfolio of circa 100 buildings and estates. She was previously property manager at Bolesworth Estate.
Thames Freeport has appointed former secretary of state Ruth Kelly as its inaugural chair to help drive large-scale inward investment and regeneration.
Europa Capital has recruited Diederik Bakker as managing director. He will be responsible for the asset management of its open-ended core fund and the Europa Diversified Income Fund.
Vistry Group has appointed Danica McLean as group people director to drive forward its people strategy. She joins from Bovis Homes.
Glenhawk has appointed Jeremy Russ as head of compliance, Roxana Tsirikhova as head of financial planning and analysis and Imogen Pearce as financial accountant.
CBRE London has appointed Dhiresh Bhardwa as a director within its supply chain and consumer advisory team, responsible for the retail occupier sector. He joins from CACI, where he was an associate partner and head of international. In Manchester, Geoff Machen has joined as assistant surveyor in the national planning and development team from Turley.
Strutt & Parker has appointed Robert Cox as associate director and Orla O’Sullivan as senior sales negotiator in the London new homes team. Cox joins from Harrods Estates, while O’Sullivan was previously in the lettings team.
Allsop has boosted its residential valuation offering with the appointment of partners Liam Dowdell, Damian Keeling and Chris Theodosiou in the London office. They previously held director roles at Savills.
Mount Anvil has appointed Gavin Hubrich as head of mixed-use sales to oversee its growing commercial portfolio. He joins from Berkeley and has more than 25 years’ industry experience.
Law firm Wedlake Bell has hired Natalie Pilagos as legal director to its contentious construction practice. She joins from Taylor Wessing.
Dalata Hotel Group has appointed Dermot Crowley as chief executive officer. Cathriona Hallahan has joined the board as an independent non-executive director and Carol Phelan as an executive director. Robert Dix will retire as director from the board in 2022.
LendInvest has recruited Omega Poole from Mishcon de Reya as head of capital raising and Robert Pritchard from Urban Exposure as head of fund management.
Kajima Real Estate has boosted its London-based team with the hire of Tamsin Traill as regeneration director and Jessica Leigh as asset manager.
Madison International Realty has appointed Steffen Meinshausen as head of its German investments team in Frankfurt.
