Aitchison Raffety has promoted Jack Taylor (pictured second from left) to senior surveyor in its business rates division in London.
BNP Paribas Real Estate has appointed hotel expert Artyom Perevedentsev (pictured second from right) to its international investment group. Based in London, he will focus on improving the links between the hotel brokerage teams in the UK and in Europe.
Quintain Ireland has appointed Donal Kellegher (pictured right) as development director. He has more than 20 years’ property management experience and joins from Cushman & Wakefield where he was head of development land.
The Leeds office of CBRE has promoted Robin Ellis, Ian Dewhirst, Andrew Milton and Gary Allen to senior directors. James Millson has been promoted to director and Alison Wright to associate director. Dean McNulty has been made a senior surveyor.
Glenbrook has appointed Richard Armitage as asset and property manager. Liam Gordon joins as a project manager.
Gerald Eve has recruited Jonathan Godfrey as partner, Jim Parker as senior associate, and Alex Maher and Jacques Higginson as associates, in the residential development valuation team.
The Collective has hired Russ Beresford as UK development director, Dom Butler has been promoted to UK investment director, and Harry Manley joins as associate planning director.

Gerald Eve’s leisure investment team has hired James Welch as a partner. He joins from Cortex Partners and has more than 30 years’ experience in the leisure investment market.
CBRE has hired Nick Sewell as an executive director in its retail investment team. He was formerly at New River REIT, where he was a founding director, and has more than 20 years’ experience in advisory, capital markets and strategic asset management.
Hollis has promoted Vikki Aitkenhead in Glasgow and Matt Field and Suk Dosanjh in London, to senior associates. Gavin Scriven has been promoted to associate in Bristol and George Rankin to senior project manager in Birmingham. In Cambridge, Nick Humphrey has been promoted to senior chartered building surveyor. Shane Lowry has been appointed as associate and Sam Trott as senior chartered building surveyor in London.
TSP has appointed Ian Doak as an associate in the property management team. Anna Ong joins as a property manager from JLL.
