Principle Estate Management has recruited Sadduf Houston (pictured, left) as specialist property manager. She previously worked at Curry & Partners and CPBigwood. Houston will look after some of Principle’s specialist developments, including Viceroy Close in Birmingham which she previously handled when the estate was managed by CPBigwood.
BNP Paribas Real Estate has appointed Paul Nicholls (pictured, right) to head the central London development team and support the commercial London markets team.
Jonathan Rhodes, Paul Watling and Philip Cazenove have joined Cluttons’ valuation team. They will focus on building the firm’s UK client base across the office, retail and industrial markets, as well as specialist sectors and mixed-use portfolios.
Savills has appointed Lucy Chitty as head of its shared ownership team. She joins from her own consultancy business having previously spent nine years at L&Q, where she was London regional sales and customer service director.
Law firm Fox Williams has appointed Nish Kapoor as a partner in its real estate team. He previously worked for Mundays.
Ollie Judd has joined London & Scottish as an investment surveyor in its property investment team. He joins from BNP Paribas Real Estate, where he was a senior surveyor in the national investment group.
Eddisons has promoted Ashley Parkinson to associate director in its building project and consultancy team. He joined the firm last year as a senior building surveyor.
Commercial Property Partners has hired Robin Bullas as a director in its investment team. He will head the new Leeds office and will focus on expanding the current national offering to clients in all sectors. Bullas previously worked at CBRE.
Charles Russell Speechlys has appointed Lord Andrew Hay as nonexecutive director on the firm’s advisory council. He was previously global head of residential at Knight Frank and has 37 years’ experience of the super-prime market.
St Modwen has appointed Sarwjit Sambhi as chief executive with effect from 2 November. He was most recently chief executive at Centrica Consumer.
Daan van der Veen has joined Nuveen Real Estate as an investment and asset management specialist based in its new Amsterdam office. He joins from Merin.
Activate, a placemaking service within Workman, has appointed Michelle Atack as digital marketing and events associate. She will support the business’s marketing instructions for retail destinations.
Joe Tracey has joined developer Eastwood as land manager. He will focus on growing the company’s pipeline of brownfield, strategic and rooftop projects.
Hammerson has appointed Rita-Rose Gagné as chief executive and executive director. She was most recently president of growth markets at Ivanhoé Cambridge.
Seaford Finance has appointed Jon Warman as managing director of loan origination and execution. He previously worked for Spring11.
Vistry Group has appointed Nathan Stevenson as South East managing director for its housebuilding division. He joins from Homes for Lambeth.
