People and companies: PPHE Hotel Group appoints executive VP for development

PPHE Hotel Group has appointed Jon Colley (pictured, left) as executive vice president of acquisitions and development.

Capital & Regional has appointed Liz Hardy (pictured, right) as the new general manager at The Mall Walthamstow. She was previously commercial manager at LLAOL.

CallisonRTKL has appointed Ramsay Ritchie as associate principal in its hospitality practice. He previously worked at Reardonsmith Architects and Grange Hotels.

Aitchison Raffety has appointed Andy Morgan as an associate director in its valuation team and Harry Pleece as a surveyor in its healthcare team.

Countryside has appointed Jo Jamieson as chief executive to lead its Partnerships North division. She was previously managing director of new homes and property services at United Living Group.

Westcombe Group has appointed Gareth Williams from Royds Withy King solicitors as group head of counsel.

Eddisons has appointed Richard Prior as a director in its building and project consultancy team. He joins from Lambert Smith Hampton.

Hargreaves Land has appointed David Travis as development director in its central region operations. He will target new development opportunities in Yorkshire, the North West and Midlands.

Patron Capital has appointed Gareth Henry as global head of investor relations.

Workthere, Savills flexible office specialist, has appointed Jack Williamson as a director and head of Workthere UK. He joins from Farebrother.

Cyril Leonard has appointed Mark Harrison, Simon Rooke, Jonathan Slater and Oliver Spero as board members.

Montagu Evans has appointed former JLL director Guy Bransby as head of central London planning, from April.

Public Sector Plc has appointed Mark Ewing as chief finance officer. He has previously worked for Berkeley Homes.

Urban logistics platform Crossbay has hired Ben Ryan as head of asset management, to oversee its portfolio of logistics facilities across Europe.

Hollis has appointed Aom Butreewong and Alfie Carrington to its building surveying apprenticeship programme in London, working within the dilapidations, project management and technical due diligence teams.

Boyer Planning has promoted Libby Hindle and Christopher Roberts to associate directors. Bethan Haigh has been made principal land and planning consultant, and Cristina Racsko made an urban designer. Rachel White and Sean Breslin have been promoted to senior planners. Ian Long has been appointed as senior land and planning consultant, and Joseph Hickling appointed as a planner. Lawrence Turner joins the business from Barton Willmore as an associate director.

Knight Frank has appointed Anthony Watson as managing director of its newly amalgamated facilities management business, Promise. The new structure will allow Knight Frank’s Promise business to share expertise and property management services across both residential and commercial assets.
