Fabienne Barratt (pictured left) has joined Lawson & Partners from Stiles Harold Williams as a senior surveyor in the property asset management team. Nicole Shirbon joins from Strettons as a senior client accountant.
Ami Kundi (pictured second from left) has joined the residential property management team at Pennycuick Collins as associate director. He joins from Savills.
Stuart Eustace (pictured second from right) has joined the UK development and residential capital markets team in CBRE’s Birmingham office. He was previously a partner at Knight Frank.
Tracy Brooker (pictured right) has joined Kirkby Diamond as an associate in valuation and property management based in the Milton Keynes office.
Fleurets has promoted Ed Sandall to its board of directors. He joined the firm in 2014 and is part of the valuation team and will lead the investment team.
Karl Saralli has joined Kirkby Diamond in Bedford as a commercial agency surveyor and administrator.
Leisure property investment manager EPF Group has promoted Josh Lewis to associate director.
McCarthy and Stone has appointed David Searle as managing director of services.
Cushman & Wakefield has appointed Nicola Gillen as head of total workplace. She joins from AECOM.
Avison Young has appointed Magda Kudelko as an associate director in its real estate finance team. She previously worked for U+I.
CPMG Architects has appointed Gemma Pont as London associate. She will manage the team’s work across the education, health, residential and commercial sectors.
Palace Capital has appointed Tom Hood as an asset manager. He joins from Mansford and will support the property team.
Simon Carson will join Harper Dennis Hobbs in November as a director to head the leisure team. He will advise food and beverage and leisure operators on UK and international property requirements.
Turley’s London planning team has recruited Christopher Schiele as associate director and Luke Sumnall as assistant planner. They both join from GL Hearn.
Ashfield Land has appointed Ian Playford as non-executive chairman.
Henry Boot Developments has appointed Kieran Grealis as senior project manager in Manchester. He joins from KSN Project Management in Dublin and will work on projects across the North West.
Barton Willmore has expanded its infrastructure and environmental planning team with the appointment of Will Spencer. He joins the Bristol office as an associate and previously worked at Highways England.
Thrings Solicitors has appointed Ros Trotman and Karen Whitburn as partners and Matthew Uncle as legal director in its property team.
Ann Monaghan has joined Aston Rose as associate director working with the property management team.
Laurus Property Partners has hired Lynn Gilbert as senior adviser to the capital advisory business. She has more than 30 years’ experience in the real estate industry.
Rupert Dodson, chair of Cushman & Wakefield’s EMEA valuation and advisory team, will retire at the end of the year following a 41-year career at the firm. Jean-Philippe Carmarans, head of valuation and advisory in France, will succeed him as chair.
Wates Group has appointed Sue Harris as a non-executive director. She will chair Wates Group’s audit committee.

CBRE has appointed Chris Brett as managing director for Capital Markets EMEA. He will lead its capital markets business across the region.
Richard Craddock has joined LaSalle Investment Management’s debt and special situations team. As managing director, he will be responsible for its loan lending programme. He joins from Wells Fargo.
Joshua Whateley has joined JLL as new homes sales manager in Birmingham. He previously worked for John Sheppard and Barratt.
