Davis Coffer Lyons has appointed Emily Hirsch (pictured left) as a surveyor in the development and London estates leasing team. She has previously worked at Colliers International and James Andrew.

Kam Virdi (pictured second from left) has joined Trident Building Consultancy as a senior rights of light surveyor in the London City office. Callum Rutherford has joined as a senior project manager.

Tony McCurley (pictured second from right) has joined Deloitte’s real estate team as a consultant. He will provide advice to clients on investing in central London property.

NHS Property Services has appointed sustainability expert Alison Davies (pictured right) as head of corporate responsibility. She will develop and lead delivery of the organisation’s corporate social responsibility strategy.

Gleeds has appointed David Corbin as national head of project and programme management, and Kara Thompson as head of London project management.

Andy Moffa has joined the Cambridge office of Savills as an associate director in its planning department. He was previously head of development at Huntingdonshire District Council.

Brackenridge Hanson Tate Leeds has appointed Tom Grimshaw and Harvey Squire as graduate surveyors to assist with agency, investment and management matters.

Pro Vision has appointed James Blake as assistant planner, and Owen Hawe joins as a graduate planner.

The London office of Gateley Capitus has appointed Steven Bone as a director. He joins from Baldwins and specialises in capital allowances and related property tax reliefs.

Quadrant has appointed Rowan Jenkins as a partner. He joins from Mirvac Australia and is experienced in delivering large-scale retail, commercial and residential developments.

CA Ventures’ European operations has appointed Matt Taylor as chief financial officer. He joins from ThreeSixty Developments.

Cushman & Wakefield has appointed Lisa Bentley as a partner in its global occupier services logistics and industrial team UK and EMEA transaction management services.

Avison Young’s development and regeneration team has appointed Paul Kallee-Grover as director and Edward Blight as senior surveyor. Natalie Solaru joins as a consultant, and Georgina Iliff as a graduate.

Octopus Real Estate has promoted D’mitri Zaprzala as head of residential and Dan Murray as head of sales.

BMO Real Estate Partners has appointed Benjamin Duprat as European asset manager in Paris.

Colliers International has appointed Tom Beaumont and Paul Bugeja as associate directors based in Manchester and London, respectively. Maddi Ellis joins as a graduate in the licensed and leisure division in London.

Property manager Melanie Hunt has joined Principle Estate Management to manage the service charges of its residential blocks.

Kinrise has appointed Grace Ellerby as community manager of 34 Boar Lane in Leeds.

Barnsdales in Doncaster has appointed Rebecca O’Neil as associate and head of block management. Daniel Shaw joins from Lambert Smith Hampton as a management surveyor.

Placefirst has appointed Paul Westhead as director of development, to help achieve its planned homes target by 2023. He joins from Trafford Housing Trust.

Assael Architecture has promoted Allan Stringer and John Lynch to associate directors.

James Burridge has joined The Buying Solution in London from JLL.

Barton Willmore has promoted Lea Field and Vaughan Anderson in Reading, and James Finn and Paul Landsberg in Ebbsfleet, to directors. Justin Kenworthy in London and Nick Paterson-Neild in Reading have been made partners.

Lizzie Woodburn has joined Whittle Jones’s North West office as a letting and management surveyor.

Tricia Trester has joined Cushman & Wakefield London as head of enterprise sales, EMEA.

Hayfield has appointed Jason Deferville from Redrow Homes and Chris Santer from Matthew Homes as area land directors, to grow its operations into the south-east and south-west of England.

JLL Scotland has promoted Janey Douglas to associate in the capital markets team and Deirdre Thom to associate in the planning and renewables team. Alastair Stang has been made senior surveyor in the office agency team.

AA Projects has promoted Richard Murray to director for the energy and sustainability division and Stephen Abbott as divisional director for the project management division.

Aneirin Bryan has joined HomeViews from Expedia.

Caddick Civil Engineering has promoted Jamie Stephenson to the board as contracts director. He has more than 20 years’ industry experience and joined the firm in 2002.

Frazer Osment has been named the new chair at LDA Design.

Andrew Banks has joined Citygrove Securities as group finance director from LGIM Real Assets.
