Katya Samokhvalova (pictured, left) has joined Nexus Planning’s London office as an associate planner, where she will manage the residential and retail client portfolio across both the private and public sectors. She previously worked at DLP Planning and Carter Jonas.
Kemsley has promoted Ben Collins (pictured, right) to director. He joined the firm in 2011.
Greenman has appointed Catherine Choo as chief information officer. She will be responsible for implementing its digital and data transformation strategy.
Aitchison Raffety has appointed Simon Cosstick as an associate director and Thomas Shaw as a senior surveyor in its business rates advisory team, based at the London and St Albans offices respectively.
Richard Smith has joined Moda Living as managing director of Moda Life Management. He has previously held senior positions at Marriott and De Vere.
Savills has appointed Karl Manning as director of its residential department in Chelmsford. David Bailey has joined the building and project consultancy team as a director based in Southampton.
Nic Shaer has joined Fortune Green Capital as a director. He previously worked at Estate Office, an investment and development consultancy.
BNP Paribas Real Estate has appointed Thierry Bougeard as head of its logistics and industrial business based in Barcelona.
Dunmoore has appointed Benjamin Powell as an investment surveyor to support its future asset management and development initiatives.
Hines has appointed WeWork executive Ronen Journo as European head of operations and senior managing director.
Spacemade has appointed Rowan Hartley as head of operations.
Cambridgeshire developer Laragh Homes has promoted Hannah Greenhow to sales and marketing director, John Lorimer to development director and Steve Walder to group finance director.
Modular construction specialist Impact Capital has recruited Klaudia Bacinska as marketing and branding director.
PGIM Real Estate has appointed Henri Vuong as executive director and head of real estate debt investment research in its global investment research team based in London.
Irwin Mitchell’s Manchester office has appointed Edward Davies as a partner from Hill Dickinson. Hannah Mycock-Overell joins as a senior associate in London from Clarkslegal.
