Whittle Jones, the asset management brand of Northern Trust, has recruited Victoria Anderton (pictured left) to its North West office. She joins as a lettings management surveyor and will look after estates across Merseyside, Cheshire and Greater Manchester.
Vail Williams has appointed graduate planner Gemma Perry (pictured second from left) in its Crawley office working alongside planning partner Suzanne Holloway. Holloway was recently nominated one of the top 50 women of influence in planning by The Planner. Matt Cureton and Claudia Harley have also joined the firm as graduates in the Southampton and Woking offices, respectively.
National estate agency Sequence has appointed Nigel Blanchard (pictured second from right) land area manager for the North. He will cover South and West Yorkshire, Cheshire and the Wirrall helping landowners to maximise their assets.
Savills has hired Tom Asher (pictured right) a director in its national industrial and logistics team in Leeds. As part of his new role, Asher will lead the Yorkshire team working with key clients including db Symmetry and Tilstone. He joins from JLL where he was associate director – industrial and logistics agency.
Queensberry has appointed Keith Stone as leasing director. He will work as a consultant and support the leasing for the development projects Heart of the City II in Sheffield and Glass Works in Barnsley. Stone previously worked for retail property and development companies including Landsec and Lendlease.
Savills has appointed Anna Warlow to its worldwide occupier services corporate account management team. She joins as an associate director at its Wimborne office and will work alongside Oliver Arnold. Warlow has more than 10 years’ international experience in the sector and started her career at Savills in 2005 where she qualified as a chartered surveyor.
Seven Investment Management has appointed Chris Phillips as chief client officer.
Victor Stoltenburg has been appointed managing director of Deka Immobilien Investment. He will manage all acquisitions and sales and will assume the responsibilities of Thomas Schmengler following his retirement.
St Modwen Homes has appointed Jeremy Attwater as regional managing director for the South. In his new role, Attwater will be part of the homes board and will oversee St Modwen Homes’ strategic direction across the South East and South West. He joins from Jones Homes Southern.
Hanover Green has recruited Simon Beckett as a principal in its investment and development team. He will work alongside partner Simon Hall in the central London business handling acquisitions, disposals and development funding for key clients. Beckett has more than 30 years’ experience in the property market, advising institutional and private investors, and was previously head of West End capital markets at JLL.
Property and construction consultancy Gleeds has appointed Paul Allen as business development director, based in its Atlanta office. He joins from Cardno and has 20 years’ experience in the construction industry.
Andrew McGregor has joined BGP as equity director in the investment team. He was formerly head of out-of-town retail and leisure corporate markets at Knight Frank and has more than 20 years’ experience in the retail and leisure sectors. Some of his transactions include advising Aberdeen Standard Life on the sale of 105 Wigmore Street, W1; the sale of 20 Manchester Square, W1, to Invesco; the sale of Feethams in Darlington for Urban & Civic; and sale of The Parkway in Bury St Edmunds for LaSalle Investment Management.
Carter Jonas has promoted Chris Turner of the rural team based in Wiltshire to group partner. Also in the Winchester office, Ben Welch has been promoted to associate and Alison Norton to negotiator.
Charles Watson has joined Commercial Property Partners in Sheffield. As senior surveyor, Watson will work with the property and asset management team to ensure client properties are efficiently managed and their assets maximised.
Grosvenor Britain & Ireland has appointed Cathy Griffiths as a commercial leasing manager for its London estate. Griffiths will focus on the business’ office portfolio in Mayfair and Belgravia, working with Charles Howard on leasing strategy and transactions, covering both existing stock and future developments.
Knight Frank has appointed Steven Lydon, head coach for the England men’s lacrosse team, to its flexible office solutions business. He joins as a surveyor, along with Eleanor Littley, who moves to Knight Frank from ERE Property as team secretary. Lydon was previously an adviser in JLL’s commercial team.
Baytree Logistics Properties, a pan-European logistics and industrial development platform, has appointed Mark Urschel as senior technical director in Germany.
Aston Rose Chartered Surveyors has moved to new Mayfair offices, at 4 Tenterden Street, London W1S 1TE.
