Chartered surveyor Mark Chugg (pictured left) has been appointed as a partner at Greenslade Taylor Hunt. Chugg joined the firm as an associate in 2016 and has worked in the industry for more than 20 years. Based in the development land and planning office in Taunton, he covers the South West region.
Montagu Evans has appointed Bruno Jaczkowski (pictured second from left) as a partner in its housing team. He joins the firm after eight years as head of acquisitions in JLL’s residential land business.
BNP Paribas Real Estate has recruited Stephen Shapiro (pictured second from right) as a senior director in the retail lease advisory team to deal with leisure and retail matters across London and the South East. Shapiro spent more than 10 years at GVA where he worked for both landlords and tenants.
Allsop has appointed Brad Harris (pictured right) as a senior surveyor. He joins from Cushman & Wakefield and will focus on residential development and consultancy in the North. Harris has more than six years’ experience in land and development and specialises in the acquisition and disposal of residential development opportunities.
CPP FM & Projects, an arm of CPP Group, has created a new senior management team with expertise in the maintenance and refurbishment of properties across the UK. The team will be led by managing director Nick Wales; Rosh Ramnauth has been appointed facilities manager; Scott Cowlan has been named contracts manager; Charlie Richards has been hired as site manager; and Jess Browse has been appointed FM and projects administrator.
Steer Group has named the firm’s former UK managing director, Sharon Daly, as its global chief operating officer. Mike Goggin will take up the position of UK managing director.
Simon Bridgen has been appointed new business director at Apex Airspace development. Bridgen will focus on identifying London boroughs and housing associations with airspace opportunities across the capital and outlying suburbs. Mark Kolcular has been appointed as marketing manager to strengthen the Apex brand.
Thor Equities Group has promoted Toby Cooper and Luke Condon to managing directors in Europe.

Jan Peter Annecke has been appointed head of Helaba’s German lending division, responsible for real estate lending in Berlin and Munich and in north-west and south-west Germany.
Global design practice HOK has appointed John Rhodes and David Weatherhead as London design principals following the retirement of Larry Malcic, founder of the London studio.
MK2 Real Estate has appointed senior surveyors Harry Gregory, Emma Hinis and Caroline Saxon to the building consultancy, property management and lease consultancy teams respectively. James Cuthbert has been promoted to the investment team as a surveyor.
Guy Robinson has joined Rider Levett Bucknall UK as national head of project management. He has experience of working in the commercial, mixed-use, residential, industrial, hotels and education sectors.
Scottish chartered surveying practice DM Hall has appointed partners Steven Buist in the Musselburgh office and Amanda Cameron in the Dunfermline office. Jonathan Hunter has been promoted to director in the Musselburgh office.
Simon Owen has joined law firm Irwin Mitchell’s business division as national head of banking and finance. He joins from Trowers & Hamlins.
Hanover Green has appointed George Brewster as a senior surveyor in its central London office agency team. He joins from Reese and has more than four years’ experience in the leasing and acquisition market.
Law firm Cripps has appointed partner Dominic Filleul to its real estate team.
Lauren Udall has joined the commercial agency and property management team at Keygrove Chartered Surveyors.
Savills has appointed Dan Smith as head of its Aberdeen office to work alongside Nick Penny, Savills’ head of Scotland. Smith joined the business in 2016 as a director.
CBRE has appointed John McHugh as director of customer experience and placemaking in its property management team. Based in the Manchester office, he will deliver tailored services to both clients and occupiers.
Pro Vision has appointed Louisa Jones as head of ecology. Christine Knowles has been promoted to director and Kirstin Sullivan to associate director.
Pegasus Group has promoted Neil Tiley to director based in the Cirencester office.
The Birmingham office of Lambert Smith Hampton has promoted Charlotte Fullard in office agency, Katie Matthews-Male in valuations, and Louise Lokucewicz in property management to associate directors.
