People and companies: Navana appoints culture and experience director

Navana Property Group has appointed former partner and head of customer experience at Cushman & Wakefield, Charlotte Crawley (left), as culture and experience director. She will lead a new specialised practice in planning and delivering customer experience.

Auction house Pugh has appointed chartered surveyor Eamonn Stones (right) as an associate director. He will be responsible for its regional operations across Yorkshire and the North East.

Mobius Building Consultancy has appointed Joseph Skinnard as an associate director to lead the dilapidations and project management service lines. He previously worked at Lambert Smith Hampton.

Connected Places Catapult has appointed professor Greg Clark as its new chair. He works with HSBC as a global executive leading its work on cities and mobility and with TFL as a non-exec board member.

Andrew Topping joins GRE Assets as senior operations manager. He previously worked at Hodsons and Breckon & Breckon.

Sarah-Jane Curtis has joined Bicester Motion as property director from Value Retail, where she was business director at Bicester Village. Prior to that, she was director for Capco Covent Garden.

St Modwen has hired James Lidgate as senior director for strategic land and planning to support the development of residential schemes and future initiatives. He was most recently chief executive of L&G Homes.

Chloe Dixon has joined Colliers International as a senior surveyor in its new homes division for London and the home counties.

Harworth Group has appointed Richard Bousfield as director and head of income. Andrea Morley has joined as associate director of business space and Matt Timmins as project manager. Lisa Brooke has been appointed as finance business partner and Jane Thomson has joined the communications and public affairs team as partnerships manager.

Barwood Capital has recruited Adam Smith as asset management director, Nick Blackmore as business development director, Tom Darby as investment analyst and Steph Herbert as finance assistant.

Jo Kirk has joined Warwickshire-based land and development firm, Rainier Developments, as finance director.

Robert Noel will succeed David Tyler as non-executive chair of the board at Hammerson. In March, Noel stepped down from Landsec where he had been chief executive for eight years.

Maya Capital has hired Jared Hart to oversee a new investment vehicle targeting retail assets in London and the UK regions, requiring regeneration. He previously worked at Trophaeum Asset Management, Thor Equities and Pears Global.

Logan Smith will join Hines as head of logistics for Europe at its Amsterdam office. He joins from Aevitas Property Partners where he was a managing director.

FirstPort has appointed David Young as chief operating officer and Michael Venus as director of HR.
