Montagu Evans has appointed Ben Monk (pictured, left) as partner to its rating team. He was formerly a business rates director at EY.

Industrial developer Tungsten Properties has promoted David Mole to development director and appointed Ashleigh Hayes (pictured, right) as associate development director.

Cromwell Property Group has promoted Chris Hansen to oversee its development and project management initiatives in Europe and Australia.

RivingtonHark has hired Sarah McVicar as senior asset manager from Chester West and Chester Council. John Gard joins as development manager from U+I.

Rosie Paget has joined SevenHomes as senior planning manager in Birmingham.

Redrow Eastern has appointed Tom Hughes as head of land. He has previously worked for Berkeley Group, CBRE and Colliers International.

Waypoint Asset Management has hired Chris Wilton as an asset manager in its London team. He is experienced in valuation, investment and leasing in the central London office market.

TFT has strengthened its senior management team with the appointment of technical partner David Bassett, associate project manager Trudy Revell and associate M&E engineer Kevin Lewis.

Europa Capital has appointed Lynn Smith as development director.

Sequence has named Claire Scott as new homes director for the North and Scotland; Nicky Partridge as new homes manager for the North; and Leah Tattersall and Ben Smalley as new homes managers in the South West and Cardiff respectively. In the land team, land executive Jack Burchell will extend his remit to the Sussex region, while land director Paul Quelch will head up the Oxford-Cambridge area.

Cushman & Wakefield has appointed Michelle Gloder as head of customer experience within its UK asset services team.

Waterman Group has appointed Mark Terndrup as managing director for building services south, Jonathan Purcell as managing director north and Steven Halmshaw as board director.

Knight Frank has named partner Arya Salari as head of lettings in its Knightsbridge office. He joined the firm in 2017.

Mark Hutton, formerly a director at Battersea Power Station, and Charlie Bubear, a former director at Savills, have joined Hutton Bubear. The property buying agency was founded by their partners, Catherine Hutton and Alice Bubear.

Tetra Tech has appointed David Cowan as managing director to its UK planning business.

Rendall & Rittner has hired Shreya Lakhani as property team manager for the South Midlands. She joins from Fifield Glyn.

Lichfields has promoted planning directors Helen Ashby-Ridgway in Cardiff, Gordon Thomson in Edinburgh and Anna Turton in Leeds.

Picton has named Lena Wilson as chair of the company and the nomination committee. She takes over from Nicholas Thompson, who has retired.
