Bryony Grimshaw (pictured left) has joined CBRE Leeds as a graduate surveyor. She moves from Arcadis, where she was assistant property surveyor.
Knight Frank has appointed Mark Routledge (pictured second from left) as a partner in its capital markets team. He was formerly head of office investment at CBRE and is experienced in investment, development and private equity matters.
Montagu Evans has appointed partner Josh Myerson (pictured second from right) as its new head of rating. Myerson joined the firm as a graduate in 2007 and became a partner in 2015.
Michael Donohoe (pictured right) has joined Glenny’s residential development team as divisional partner from Bellway. He brings 10 years’ experience as a land manager and will lead the transactional residential development business.
Colliers International has hired Marvin Arras to its corporate capital solutions team in London. He will be responsible for providing advanced financial analysis and corporate finance advisory services to Colliers’ corporate occupier client base across EMEA.
Grosvenor Group has appointed Jonathon Bond as non-executive chairman of the Grosvenor Britain and Ireland board. He succeeds Graham Pimlott and will formally take on the chairmanship from 3 December. Bond was formerly executive chairman of Skagen Group, and a founding partner at Actis.
Mike Gerrard will join social housing provider Onward Homes as its new executive director of finance in October 2019, from The Barnet Group.
Benjamin Rouah has joined CBRE Capital Advisors as head of strategic advisory for continental Europe. Based in Paris, Rouah heads up a team working with clients on M&A and corporate finance deals. He joins from JP Morgan.
Law firm TLT has hired partner Claire Hamilton, associate Carrie Whittle and legal assistant Nicole Keate to its real estate development team from JMW in Manchester. The trio join development partner John Hyde and construction partner Sean McCay.
CBRE Global Investors has appointed Jeroen de Grunt as its new portfolio manager for the CBRE Pan-European Core Fund. He will run the overall portfolio and manage transactions for PEC, reporting to PEC fund manager Richard Everett.
Carter Jonas has appointed Greg Hilton as partner, Steve Hopley and Tom Packham as associate partners, and Stuart Steel as a geographic information systems manager to its infrastructure and energy team.
Tim Skeen has joined Holt Commercial as a management surveyor. He moves from Johannesburg, South Africa where he worked for City Property Administration.
Developer LCR has appointed Lynne Glover as centre manager for Waterloo.London, the new retail and leisure development in London’s South Bank. Glover has more than 30 years’ experience in the retail industry and joins from Angel Central Shopping Centre, where she acted as centre manager for nine years.
Martin Zdravkov has joined LaSalle Investment Management as head of UK residential and impact investing, based in London. Zdravkov will be responsible for investment strategies in the residential sector and will report to Philip Nell, head of UK real return assets.
CBRE Leeds has appointed Charles Parkinson as senior surveyor to the office agency team from Garness Jones. Parkinson will work alongside Alex Hailey and Clair McGowan on landlords’office space and Jonathan Shires on occupier work in projects across Yorkshire and the North East.
Ben Segelman has joined DHL as capital markets lead in the real estate solutions division. In his new role, Segelman will drive the global acquisition and development programme of logistics space and will be responsible for the UKI/MLEMA region.
Bruton Knowles has expanded its services to London and the South East region by adding a London office to its UK network. The office will be led by senior associate Kimberley Turner.
LendInvest has appointed business development managers Nigel Robbins from Magellan, responsible for the South West of England region, and Abby Challen from Enterprise Finance, to cover the Central and Greater London region. Paige Archer has been promoted to an office-based business development manager.
Tunstall Smith King Consulting Engineers has appointed Julian Thew as senior technician from ML Consulting.
Daniel Connal Partnership has promoted Chris Talford to associate. He joined the firm in 2013 as a senior quantity surveyor and is a member of Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
Savills Investment Management has appointed Pierre Escande as head of investment in France and Belux. He joins from AEW.
Rosalind Cullis has joined Maples Teesdale as a real estate disputes partner from Kingsley Napley.
Community pub company Admiral Taverns has appointed Andrew Hallam as head of property. Hallam has more than 25 years’ industry experience and was previously a director at Hallam Project & Property Consultancy.
Hollis has opened a new office in Exeter to serve its South West business. The office will be headed up by associate Anthony Fallon, who has moved from the Bristol office.
