McMullen Real Estate has recruited Heather Bajade (pictured left) as senior surveyor in the agency department. She joins from property developer St George, part of the Berkeley Group.

Hammerson has appointed Howard Ebison (pictured second from left) as operations director to drive performance across the UK & Ireland.

Regeneration company Urban Splash has appointed Katie Dean (pictured second from right) as land director from Hallam Land Management, where she served as regional manager for the North West. Chartered structural engineer Hunter Lyden has joined as development manager, having previously worked for Gladman, Arup and Buro Happold.

OBI has appointed Graham Thorpe (pictured right) to its building consultancy. He previously worked at Paragon and Savills.

Montagu Evans has appointed surveyor Caroline Prentice to the Glasgow office from Colliers International. She has experience in retail and office property management across a range of private and public sector clients, including Scottish Enterprise, Clyde Gateway and British Land. Tom Lipfriend has joined the Edinburgh office as a senior surveyor. In London, Mark Hull has joined the firm as partner and Alan Benson has been promoted to partner.

Cushman & Wakefield has appointed Ella Woodward as a senior surveyor in the development and planning team in Leeds. She joins from GVA, where she was part of the Manchester-based development consulting team, advising private and public sector clients across the North West on a range of development schemes.

UK multilet industrial property company Stenprop has appointed James Snowdon as tech platform manager. Josh Ramplin has been appointed as customer engagement manager in the North West and Sinead Freeman has joined as marketing manager.

Savills has appointed Jakob Dingertz as an associate, Emil Westman as a senior analyst and Thomasine Jener as an analyst in its capital markets team in Sweden.

CALA Homes has appointed Nick Twine as regional chairman at the Welwyn Garden City-based North Home Counties business.

Harry Stevens has joined Johnson Fellows as a surveyor to work with office expert and partner Charles Warrack and industrial agency specialist and associate partner Helen Kendrick.

Civil engineering and building company Britcon has appointed Nick Shepherd as managing director. He joins from Kier Northern and has more than 30 years’ experience.

CLS Risk Solutions has announced the appointment of real estate disputes specialist Vanessa Babington-Monegard as in-house underwriting counsel.

Stuart Murray has joined St Modwen as development director focusing on the North West. He joins from Savills and has more than 20 years’ experience in the sector.

Harness Property Intelligence has appointed Sarah Raeburn as head of marketing from Zoopla.

Watson Farley & Williams has appointed Petar Orlic to its London office as a partner. He will focus on commercial, finance, development and management-related real estate transactions, both in the UK and in continental Europe.

Collas Crill has recruited Gavin Renault as head of conveyancing in its Jersey office. He has more than 40 years’ experience in Jersey property law.

Guild Living, the retirement and housing business launched by Legal & General has appointed Chris Bamford as care operations director, Mike Maxwell as construction director, Patrick Heesen as marketing director, and Alexander Spencer as sales director.

Warehouse REIT has appointed Greg Lacey as asset manager for the North West for its external manager, Tilstone Partners. He joins from Commercial Estates Group and will be responsible for managing Warehouse REIT’s regional portfolio of urban warehouse assets.

Savills has recruited Jorn Damhuis as an associate in the valuation team at its Amsterdam office.

Hines has appointed Xavier Musseau as its executive senior managing director and co-country head of France, responsible for investment and property development.

Cheffins has promoted Sarah Bush to its equity partnership. Lorna Gordon and Giles Turton have been made directors in the commercial and rural department, respectively.

Law firm Lodders has promoted Vicky Khandker, a specialist in property litigation, and Victoria Longmore, a planning and highways specialist, to partners. Ellie Crofts and Tom Ellis have been named senior associates and Josy Haigh and Dan MacLeod have been made associates.

Multi Corporation has named Pat Nash as managing director of Ireland and the UK. Nash joined the firm in 2016 from Green Property and has nearly 30 years’ experience in real estate asset management in the shopping centre industry.

Aviva Investors has recruited Leo Shapland as head of central London offices asset management and Ed Atterwill as director of asset management.

Jeremy Tasker is to retire from Colliers International following a 21-year career. He will continue to work with the firm, serving as a consultant and supporting Adam Lenton in delivering advisory services to the healthcare sector across the UK and overseas.
