Public Sector Plc has hired Leena Gillespie (pictured left) as development manager in its northern team, based in the Manchester office. She will support the firm’s local authority partners to maximise revenue and value on commercial, industrial and residential property projects.

Glenbrook has appointed Scott Griffiths (pictured second from left) as a director in investment management from Aberdeen Standard Investments.

Maven Capital Partners has hired Carolyn McEwan (pictured second from right) to the property investment team as an investment manager. She joins from Cushman & Wakefield.

Andrew Baclcombe (pictured right) has joined Strettons as a director in its valuation and advisory services department. He joins from HNG and is experienced in both commercial and residential sectors.

CBRE’s planning and development team in Birmingham has appointed Simon Phillips as a director from Avison Young and Mark McFadden as a senior town planner from Arup.

Retirement village provider Audley Group has appointed Nick Edwards as chief operating officer.

Knight Frank has appointed Edward Hoyle as a surveyor in the national offices team. He will focus on tenant representation in the greater London and South East office market.

Steve Glew has been hired as operations director at residential management firm Touchstone.

Savills has appointed Jeff Wraith as associate director in the licensed leisure team in Manchester. He has worked in the sector since 2003 and specialises in the freehold sale of public houses and social clubs for both corporate and private clients.

Linden Homes has appointed Verity MacMahon as land director for its Midlands region, based in the Peterborough office.

Harris Lamb has recruited graduate surveyor Charles Shepherd and associate Andrew Burton.

Savills has appointed Hélène Boget to the agency department as senior consultant in Lyon.

Neo Capital has appointed Nikhila Jairaj as financial services senior executive to support its investment and acquisition strategy.

Eddisons has appointed Gary Benn as a senior associate surveyor and Andrew Kent and Ryan Lambert as surveyors in the building and project consultancy division. They join from Ingleton Wood.

Logistics developer Tritax Symmetry has appointed Joe Skinner as an associate development director and Charlie Mackaness as a graduate surveyor.

Cushman & Wakefield in Scotland has recruited graduates Cameron Lineen in the capital markets group and Kyle Stuart in the retail and investment team. Apprentice Callum Napier has joined the building consultancy team.

Arcadis has appointed Nilesh Parmar as its first chief entrepreneur in the UK. He will act as a strategic catalyst to bring entrepreneurial flair to new business creation and harness pan-sector innovation.

James Alderson has joined Investar Property Group as head of development to help drive its residential pipeline.

UBS Asset Management has appointed Jonathan Hollick as chief investment officer of its real estate platform for its EMEA business.
