Gray Scanlan Hill has appointed (pictured left) Holly Durose as assistant building surveyor.

Phil Winckles (pictured second from left) has joined Matthews & Goodman as equity partner from Keppie Massie. Based in Liverpool, he will be responsible for the firm’s northern valuation capability and growing its Northern Powerhouse business.

HBD has hired Chris Newsome (pictured second from right) as senior development surveyor to work across the Manchester and Leeds offices to support the expansion of its commercial development pipeline across the North. He joins from St Modwen.

Anna Quirk (pictured right) has joined flexible office specialist Workthere, part of Savills, as an associate in London to work on requirements for flexible office space across the UK.

Savills has appointed Christopher LaRue as head of industrial agency for its Czech and Slovak operations, based in the Prague office.

Get Living has appointed Jeremy Helsby, former chief executive of Savills, to its supervisory board as non‑executive chairman.

Mountpark has appointed Nigel Rowe as managing director, western Europe. He will head the firm’s operations in France and Iberia and will develop new opportunities for customers in Italy.

Urban&Civic has named Bill Holland as independent non‑executive director and chair of the audit committee. He is a former partner of KPMG.

RivingtonHark has recruited Mark Harvey as director of asset management. He joins from Stadium Capital, where he ran a mixed-use portfolio of retail, leisure, offices, industrial and residential property.

First Base has appointed Lloyd Preston-Allen and Joel Colthart as project managers to work across its current developments: Bridge Close in Romford, Edward Street Quarter in Brighton and Soapworks in Bristol.

Fraser Brown Solicitors has promoted Jo Soar to head of licensing and hired Lesleyann Harper as licensing executive.

Cadogan has appointed Claire Barber as asset management director. She joins from UK REIT British Land and has more than 20 years’ experience working for landlords, developers and consultants on retail and mixed-use assets in the UK.

Remco van Olst has joined Cromwell Property Group as head of operations Europe. Based in Amsterdam, he will work on all operational matters across the region. He previously worked at Camelot Europe.

Urban Intelligence has appointed Joe Welch as director. He joins from Arcadis and specialises in bespoke financial modelling.

Legal & General Capital has appointed Jennie Hill as chief commercial director and Alexandra Brown as senior development manager of its future cities business.

Tom Sampson has joined Bidwells’ project management team in Oxford as a divisional partner. He previously worked for Mace in London and Birmingham on private and public projects for clients including Hamberley Development, Frontier Estates and Jaguar Land Rover.

Landmark Group has appointed Steve Nobes and Alex Veys as board advisers.

Addleshaw Goddard has recruited partner Rachel Orton to its London real estate team to grow its build-to-rent and private rented sectors.

DTM Legal has appointed Helen Nash as partner to support the development, regeneration and infrastructure offering across the North West and Wales.

Knight Frank has appointed Kevin Koo, Rob Sorby and Helen O’Reilly as associates. Reece Ireland joins as a property manager and Charlie Gilhooley as a graduate surveyor.

Callum Mortimer joins GCW as a director, advising owners on high street and shopping centre assets, providing leasing and asset management advice.

Trident Building Consultancy has promoted Richard Crow to senior associate director in Birmingham, Pedro Fernandes to senior building surveyor and Daksha Mistry to senior associate director in London, Gordon Hamilton to senior associate director in Edinburgh, and Danny McEvoy to senior associate director in Liverpool.

Adderstone Group has appointed Mel Brown as principal surveyor, Sarah Newton as senior surveyor, Tina Rose as property accountant, and Rob O’Brien as commercial surveyor to the estates team. Keith Irving, Allan Richardson and Tom Barrass have been made project managers in the projects division.

Shanly Group has appointed Tim Nutt as managing director of its housebuilding business. He was previously managing director for Taylor Wimpey Midlands.
