Lewis Ellis has recruited Joe Reece (pictured, right) as senior surveyor to work across all sectors of commercial investment agency. He joins from BNP Paribas Real Estate.
St Modwen has promoted James Irwin-Singer to senior development manager. He joined the firm in 2018.
Strategic Land Group has hired Andrew Taylor as land and planning assistant as the business expands into the Midlands.
Jonathan Hibberts has joined law firm Wedlake Bell’s property litigation team as a partner from Fladgate.
Bruton Knowles has promoted Harry Breakwell, an associate development surveyor in the planning and land development team, to partner.
Savills has appointed Peter Atkinson as a director in the Newcastle office to grow its North East investment team. James Wilkins has joined the building and project consultancy team as a director in London from Tower Eight.
Ringley Group has appointed Verka Hammond as chief operations officer and Lee Gregori as chief executive. Both formerly worked for Warwick Estates. Jon Curtis has joined as head of building engineering.
Peter Rowe has joined Fiera Real Estate’s BTR platform, Packaged Living, as development director, based in Manchester.
RED Construction Group has appointed David Owen as operations director in its management team.
Simon Dudley has been named as the new chairman of the Ebbsfleet Development Corporation. He was formerly senior independent director and interim chair of Homes England.
Bruce Strong, former commercial development director at Berkeley Homes, has joined Altus Group as director to bolster its development consultancy service.
Kajima Properties has appointed Lucas Kester as an investment surveyor. He will support the acquisition and management of logistics assets and purpose-built student accommodation across Europe.
