Gary Cameron (pictured, right) has been promoted to head of Scotland for BNP Paribas Real Estate, its residential and rural arm Strutt & Parker and forestry arm John Clegg & Co. He joined the firm in 2013 and has more than 20 years’ experience in the Scottish property market.
Lee Baron has appointed Cathy Emmott (pictured, left) as operations director within its property management division. The former Landsec director will take up her role in January and will oversee operations across the entire Lee Baron-managed portfolio.
Michaela Sullivan has been appointed chair of the Scottish Property Federation. She takes over the role from Robin Blacklock.
M&E consultancy Couch Perry Wilkes has appointed Zoe Fittock to its team in Leicester and Angelina Stankovic has joined the Nottingham office.
Nadeem Khan has joined Savills engineering and design consultancy team as a director in the firm’s property management division in Glasgow. Patrick Neumann has joined as director and team leader for the North German logistics agency market.
Riskhub has appointed Mike Barlow as its chief technology officer to build on the company’s data management solutions for the property sector.
Apex Airspace has appointed Phillippa Prongué as its new chief operating officer.
Colliers International has appointed Antoine Derville as chief executive officer for France and Belgium.
Harworth Group has appointed Patrick O’Donnell Bourke as a non-executive director and audit committee chair. He succeeds Andrew Cunningham.
John Hopkins joins Tokoro Capital as head of finance, based in London. He joins from Pradera.
Stenprop has appointed Richard Smith, chief executive officer of The Unite Group and Louisa Bell, former UK country manager of Avis Budget Group International, as independent non-executive directors to the board.
Audley Group has appointed Gary Burton to its group board as chief financial officer. He was previously CFO at easyHotel.
Lester Aldridge has promoted Edward Adamson to partner in its corporate and commercial team in Bournemouth.
Paul Quy has joined Kirkby Diamond’s agency team in Bedfordshire as associate. He will focus on growing the company’s presence along the A1/M1 corridor.
