Danny McEvoy (pictured left) has joined Trident Building Consultancy as associate building surveyor with expertise in dilapidations and project management. He joins from Matthews & Goodman.
Raik Beyoglu (pictured second from left) has joined Levy Real Estate as an associate partner. Formerly with Avison Young, Beyoglu is experienced in advising both landlord and occupier clients on rent reviews, lease renewals, surrenders and other asset management opportunities.
Elan Homes has recruited John Beardsell (pictured second from right) as strategic land director for the Elan Group and Shaun McCarthy has been promoted to group technical director.
Savills Ireland has appointed Mark Reynolds (pictured right) as deputy managing director. A Savills veteran, he has spent 12 years as head of the development and consultancy division, and a further eight years in departments including retail, receiverships and consultancy, both in Ireland and in London.
Amro Real Estate Partners has recruited James Brant as operations director. He has more than five years’ operational experience in purpose-built student accommodation and was previously head of operations eastern region at CRM Students.
DWF has appointed Brendan Slack as a partner in its banking and finance group. He joins from Dentons and specialises in advising lenders, borrowers and private equity sponsors.
Mark Burns has joined Savills as a director in the Manchester building and project consultancy team. He has more than 25 years’ experience in new-build and refurbishment project management across a variety of sectors, including retail, leisure, commercial, residential and hotels.
Stuart Mapp has joined Redrow’s Yorkshire team as a senior land manager. He previously worked for Avant Homes.
SAY Property Consulting has promoted David Tomlinson, Emma Darch and Kemi Oguntoye to associates based at the firm’s new office in Regent Street, London.
Landmark Chambers has appointed property juniors Justin Bates, Simon Allison and Brooke Lyne to its property practice.
Law firm Pinsent Masons has appointed planning and compulsory purchase partner Lucy Thomas to its Birmingham office.
Lambert Smith Hampton has appointed Steven Norris, a town centre strategy and regeneration specialist; Blathnaid Duffy, a specialist in evidence-based retail and economic assessment; and Atul Joshi, an expert in economic and commercial viability, to its regeneration team. The trio join from Carter Jonas.
Paul Davison will join Davison Tilney chartered surveyors on 1 April as a partner.
Hunters has appointed Dan Rafferty as chief operating officer. He joins from Foxtons.
Instant Offices has appointed Marc Tolley as head of online sales for London. He joins from Landmark.
Tim Mather has joined Knight Frank in the Yorkshire residential development team as an associate. Based in Leeds, he will deal with the acquisition and disposal of residential development land.

LendInvest has appointed former IG Group global head of operations Arman Tahmassebi as chief operating officer.
Engineering consultancy Meinhardt has relocated its UK operations to Birmingham at Two Snowhill and has appointed Jason Fox as regional director. Fox is chair of the Birmingham branch of construction and property business club Interact and has more than three decades of experience in the built environment.
Duff & Phelps has appointed Andy Murray as a managing director in its compliance and regulatory consulting practice based in the London office.
Alan Hall has joined developer and regeneration specialist Genr8 as projects director. He joins from Turner & Townsend where he was responsible for several high-rise residential projects in central Manchester.
Paul Kelly has joined Mace to lead its strategic advisory team. He will work with clients across the built environment and infrastructure sectors to provide strategic advice on aligning projects and programmes with their business objectives.
