London proptech company Home Made has appointed build-to-rent expert Jo Green (pictured left) as head of business development to grow the business-to-business arm and enhance its property portfolio. She joins from Ideal Flatmate where she was UK sales director.
Knight Frank has recruited Lewys Charles (pictured second from left) as a graduate surveyor in its commercial property team in Bristol.
Sarah Fitzpatrick (pictured second from right) has joined law firm Norton Rose Fulbright’s London office as head of planning and partner in its real estate team.
CBRE has appointed David Fogarty (pictured right) as leader of its UK property management business, effective from 1 March. He is currently managing director of property management for Singapore and south-east Asia.
Law firm Winckworth Sherwood has appointed senior associate Amy Brown to its real estate team to strengthen the firm’s presence in the Thames Valley region and the Oxford-Cambridge arc. She joins from Knights.
Colliers International’s investment property management team has appointed Izura Ikram as an associate director from CBRE and George McCall joins as assistant facilities manager from Interserve.
Scannell Properties has appointed Andrea Amoretti as client solutions director, Europe and UK, from P3 Logistic Parks. He will manage the strategic relationships with industrial, transport and retail tenants and will oversee all multi-site acquisition programmes.
Jersey-based property investment and development group Le Masurier has appointed JLL’s UK chief executive Chris Ireland to its board as a non-executive property adviser following the retirement of Malcolm King. Mike Covell has been appointed as chairman.
CBRE has recruited Hemant Kotak as head of UK research.
Vail Williams has appointed Guy Parkes and Andy Baillie from Rare to its agency team in Reading. Parkes joins as a partner and is a specialist in property agency and development. Baillie has been appointed as a senior surveyor and will support the agency team.
Savills has recruited Stan Ennor-Glynn to support the growth of its MENA international residential team.
Luke Mort has joined Lambert Smith Hampton as an associate director in its south coast industrial and logistics team. He joins from JLL and will be based in Southampton.
Metis Real Estate Advisors has formed a new residential division and has appointed Ellis Hearfield as director and Mi Zhou as an analyst.
Caddick Group has appointed Alistair Smith as associate director and Charlie Adcock as acquisitions manager for its development arms Caddick Developments and Moda Living, respectively.
McCarthy & Stone has named Adam Batty as its new group general counsel and company secretary. He takes over from Rowan Baker.
Unite Group has appointed Polly Troughton as group investment director. She joins from Landsec where she was head of retail markets.
Citygrove Securities has hired Tom Fuller as associate development director. He joins from CBRE and will be responsible for securing new development opportunities and leasing and project implementation.
Barton Willmore has appointed joint senior partners Mark Sitch, based in Birmingham, and Iain Painting from the London office to lead the practice for the next five years.
Levy Real Estate has appointed Ian Golbourn as a partner in its building consultancy and project management team. He was previously a director at Colliers International and has more than 14 years’ experience in building surveying services.

Redrow Homes (Yorkshire) has promoted John Handley to managing director. Bill Parker will head the commercial team, and Stuart Hill becomes chief QS. Christopher Peatfield has been promoted to design manager.
