Knight Frank has appointed Laura Dam Villena (left) as head of sales in its Hyde Park office. She has moved back to the central London office after five years at the firm’s Queen’s Park office.
Solihull-based Living Space Housing has appointed Dan Summers (right) as contracts manager to support its new homes build programmes.
Lancashire County Council has appointed Hannah Bridge as estates surveyor. She recently completed her APC exams.
Knight Frank’s London commercial valuation team has appointed Rossella van der Weyden and Neelam Kachhia as associates and Eliza Birkett joins as a surveyor.
Bruce Gillingham Pollard has appointed Harry Cody-Owen as associate director in the national team. He has specialised in F&B and leisure for six years and joins from Lunson Mitchenall.
Gordon Clements has joined Peritus Corporate Finance to manage its joint venture with Gerald Eve Corporate Finance in the Manchester, Leeds and Glasgow offices, as well as managing new client relationships.
Damian Greenish has joined Forsters’ real estate practice as senior consultant.
Blackbrook has appointed Jon Strang as director in the investment team. He will be responsible for implementing deals across Europe. He joins from Clarion Partners Europe.
Citi Research has appointed Anita McBain as a managing director and head of EMEA ESG research. She joins from M&G Investments.
Peter Giddins has been promoted to area construction manager at Anwyl Homes following his appointment 12 months ago as site manager.
Hines has appointed Marc Sampietro as director of living operations for Spain and Italy to drive its expansion in the student accommodation and BTR sectors. He joins from the Student Hotel.
Pan-European logistics specialist Verdion has appointed Oliver Kemper as senior investment manager in the Frankfurt office.
Greg Carter has joined Gerald Eve’s office agency as partner from Carter Jones. Based in the firm’s London City office, he will assist occupiers in planning and implementing property strategies, as well as providing consultancy and transactional advice.
Marcus Sperber, Miles Webber, Paul Abson and Chris Shaw have been appointed to Regal London’s new advisory board. They will use their decades of real estate expertise to support the growth of the company.
Andrew Pilbrow has joined DWD as a partner in the professional services team. He joins from Avison Young, where he was a director in the London office.
John Jackson has joined the commercial team at Simmons & Sons. He will focus on strengthening market share in Henleyon-Thames and Marlow.
