Property developer Jaynic has appointed Sarah Howard (pictured left) as a non-executive director. She is chair of the British Chambers of Commerce.

Jonathan Raynor (pictured second from left) has been made head of Dacre, Son & Hartley’s office in Baildon, West Yorkshire. He replaces Mark Kane who has been promoted to head of the Skipton office.

Law firm Irwin Mitchell has appointed partner Claire Petricca-Riding (pictured second from right) as national head of its combined planning and environment department.

Knight Frank has hired Roger Young (pictured right) as a partner in its valuation and advisory team. He joins from Cushman & Wakefield.

The Carter Jonas rural team in South West has appointed Stephen Richards as an associate partner and Felicity Watts as a rural assistant. Both join from Humberts and are based in the Taunton office.

Sanne has appointed San-Marie Greeff as head of Sanne Group Luxembourg and Christian Hertz as head of LIS | Sanne, to lead operations in Luxembourg.

Chestertons has promoted Adam Jennings to regional lettings director for south-west London. He joined the firm in 2015 and has managed lettings at the Chelsea, Parsons Green and Fulham Road branches.

JPG Group has appointed Robert Redmond as director and head of the infrastructure team. Owen Lokuciejewski-Taylor has been promoted to associate director and will lead the firm’s new strategic land team.

Beena Tanna has joined offsite housebuilding specialist Project Etopia as business development and sales director. She was previously commercial manager at BRE.

Lucarna Design’s build-to-rent sister organisation, Creative BTR, has appointed Charlie Olpin as managing director. He joins from design services firm BoxNine7.

Sam White, a rural surveyor at Sheldon Bosley Knight, has been accredited as a fellow of the Central Association of Agricultural Valuers.

Fraser Brown Solicitors has promoted Jo Soar to head of licensing and Lesleyann Harper has joined as licensing executive.

Gleeds has appointed Douglas McCormick as executive chair of the UK with responsibility for the development of its UK-wide business.

Bruce Gillingham Pollard has promoted Charlotte Roberts to equity director and Dominic Tixerant to senior surveyor, they both work in the central London retail and restaurant leasing team.

Lyanne Jacob has joined Kirkby Diamond as a surveyor in the agency team in the Luton office.

MEPC’s Milton Park in Oxfordshire has recruited Georgina Taylor as marketing and communications manager and Peter King as estate manager.

Rentify has appointed former Knight Frank partner Giles Barrett as sales director and office head of its lettings and sales business.

Landmark Group has appointed Steve Nobes and Alex Veys as advisers to its board.

Law firm Collas Crill has promoted Rocco Cecere to partner and Rupert Stanning to senior associate in its Cayman office.

Sarah Trahair-Williams has joined Cubex as development manager from Turner & Townsend where she worked as a senior project manager on schemes including Dyson’s campus at Malmesbury, Wiltshire.

Rapleys has appointed Howard Jones as an associate in property and asset management; Jennifer Hill as assistant property manager; Samantha Lee as a planner in town planning; Joshua Ambrus as senior planner in town planning; and Carole Bawden as associate, head of facilities management in property and asset management.

Palace Capital has appointed Paula Dillon as a non-executive company director, effective from 1 March.

Tom Griffiths has joined Knight Frank in Cardiff as a graduate surveyor. He joins from Cardiff Council where he worked on property disposals in its strategic estates department.

James Lass has joined Mayfair Capital as head of special transactions and fund manager for its UK Thematic Growth Fund. He joins from Trilogy.

AEW has appointed Xavier de Saqui de Sannes as head of institutional asset management in France.

Monica Green has been named national chairman for Women in Property 2020, from 1 March. She is owner and director of the Partners Group.

Hayfield has appointed Steve Davies as design manager and Luke Webb as planning manager in its planning department based in Solihull.

Lichfields has promoted Sophie Hitchin in London, Brian O’Connor in Manchester, and Justine Matchett in Newcastle to planning directors. Lucie Bailey has been promoted to economics director in London. Adam Jackson in Leeds, Dan Di-Lieto and Jennifer Woods in London, and Dan Gregg in Newcastle have been promoted to associate directors. Myles Wild-Smith in Birmingham; Harry Bennett, Sarah Fabes, Sally Furminger, Lorna Heslop, and Rebecca Sladen in London have been made senior planners.
