Law firm Irwin Mitchell has appointed Charlotte West (pictured, right) as an associate in its rural business and estates team. She joins from Blake Morgan.
RDI REIT’s Mike Watters will retire and step down as executive director and chief executive in December. Stephen Oakenfull will take over as CEO.
Seamus Lennon, a former director of IBI Group, has been appointed to head Todd Architects’ new studio in Manchester.

Regal London has appointed Trevor Racke as acquisitions director. He joins from Galliard Homes, where he spent 23 years.

Hill Group has appointed Andy Mullins as head of quality. He previously held senior roles at NHBC for 11 years.
Michaela Sullivan has been appointed chair of the Scottish Property Federation. She takes over from Robin Blacklock.

Osborne Clarke partner Gary Lawrenson has been appointed as chair of the Property Litigation Association. He replaces Kerry Glanville from Cripps Pemberton Greenish.
Royal London Asset Management has hired Mark Evans as head of property and commercial development. He has 25 years’ experience in the real estate industry and joins from CBRE.
CWM has recruited Ben Clark as an associate partner in the central London agency team. He joins from KLM Retail and will focus on tenant representation and premium landlord instructions.
