Memo Ngwenya (pictured left) has joined Ingleton Wood as a quantity surveyor in the London office. He joins from ChandlerKBS and also specialises in project management.

Carter Jonas has appointed Julia Wilson (pictured second from left) as an associate partner in the residential sales team in Oxford. Wilson joins from Penny & Sinclair and has more than 10 years’ experience in the residential sector.

Delva Patman Redler has appointed Tim Grierson (pictured second from right) as head of dilapidations in the London team.

Duff & Phelps has appointed James Liddiment (pictured right) as managing director of the real estate advisory group. He joins from Eddisons.

The Property Mediators has recruited solicitor Iain Travers from Ashurst where he was head of real estate disputes.

Sotheby’s International Realty has appointed Jason Corbett as director of country sales and lettings and James Somers as head of central London lettings.

JLL has recruited Simon Horan to lead its residential development business in the Midlands. He has previously worked for Henry Davidson Development, Savills and CBRE.

Savills Sweden has appointed Carolina Herling as a director in the investment team; Niklas Samuelsson as chief executive; Anders Nordvall as deputy chief executive; Niklas Zuckerman as head of investment; and Mikael Fasten as a director in investment. They all take up their positions at the end of the year.

Barton Willmore has made the following promotions: Peter Roberts, planning director in Bristol; Marie Jasper and Dan Osborne, planning directors in London; Alexandra Marsh, legal director in Reading; and Rebecca Horrocks, planning director in Southampton.

This Land has appointed Steve Norris as its independent non-executive chairman. Norris was a MP for 14 years and also served as minister for transport.

JLL’s South Coast and Solent team has appointed Alex King as director of planning and Luke Mort as a senior surveyor. Graduate surveyors Adam Stubbings, Hannah Griffiths, Matt Chown and Holly Thomas have also joined the Southampton office.

Jason Cissell has joined Unispace as principal for its UK project delivery team.

Brecher Solicitors has appointed Charles Bezzant and Kate George as partners, and Penelope Cockburn-Upward as associate solicitor, in the property finance team.

CBRE Manchester has appointed graduates Megan Hanney in office agency, Dan Margolis in commercial valuation, James Berry in industrial agency, Jennifer Craig in building consultancy, and Francis Hill in planning and development. Will Atherton has been recruited to the residential valuation team as an apprentice.

Trisha Telles has joined Francis George Solicitors in Swindon as a conveyancing assistant.

Lee Gurney has joined MDA Consulting as an associate director in the Manchester office.

Edenstone homes has appointed Mike Huddleston as build director. In his new role, Huddleston will oversee construction at developments across South Wales and the South West of England.

Alex Sansom has joined Colman Architects as a director.

Todd Architects has promoted Michael Burns, Martin Wylie, John Palmer, Brona Marshall, Bobby Moore and Shaun Hegarty to associates across the office, residential, healthcare, education, retail and aviation sectors.

CBRE Southampton’s agency team has appointed Oliver Sherriff as a surveyor focusing on the industrial sector.

Strategic Land Group has appointed Guy Horswell as land and planning assistant. He joins from Stags where he worked on matters including unilateral undertakings, pre‑application enquiries and neighbourhood plans representations.

Jacqui Fishwick has joined APAM’s Manchester office as property manager. She joins from Assura.

Harper Dennis Hobbs has appointed James Ebel as chief executive. He joined the firm in 2004.

Howard de Walden Estate has appointed Jenny Casebourne and Andrea Merrington to its management team. Casebourne joined the business as head of retail and restaurants. Merrington, who has been with the firm for nine years, will lead the planning team.

Avison Young in Manchester has promoted James Goode in the industrial team, and Harry Skinner and Mark Cooke from the office agency team to senior surveyors. Scott Meakin has joined the office agency team as a graduate surveyor, and Glenn Taylor as a surveyor in the asset management team.

Neil Howard has rejoined Redrow as commercial director. He will oversee a team of quantity surveyors, buyers and a commercial manager for Redrow Homes (NW).

George Craig has joined Savills Norwich as an associate director in the development team. He will carry out agency, strategic land and consultancy work across East Anglia.

Trident Building Consultancy has recruited assistant building surveyors Jordan Clarke in the Birmingham office and Cameron McMaster in the London City office.

Sovereign Centros has recruited Graeme Jones as a senior asset and development manager, Matthew Elgey as leasing and asset manager, and James Simpson joins the development team.

JLL has recruited Steve Smith as head of cost management and capital allowances in London.
