People and companies: Hollis expands its ESG team

Hollis has added Phil O’Loughlin (pictured above, left) as a senior associate in its ESG team to provide energy assessments and decarbonisation advice. He joins the Manchester office from IES.

Neil Glendinning (pictured above, right) has joined JLL’s UK managed services business line as head of Aviva Investors, where he will be responsible for leading and developing the property management relationship. He joins from the Crown Estate.

Harris Lamb has hired Qasim Sidique as a property administrator from Avison Young and Ashleigh Richards as a property inspector from Purple Frog Property.

St Modwen has appointed Nicki Whittaker to the newly created position of senior director for customer and markets, beginning in March. She joins from Prologis UK, where she was director of marketing and communications.

Sylvain Montcouquiol has been named chief resources and sustainability officer and member of the management board of Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield, replacing Astrid Panosyan, who is stepping down.

Tamlyns has hired Paul Reed as its new director of commercial business. He was previously with JLL, Colliers and DTZ.

Savills has appointed Matthew Gibbs as director of its northern planning team. A former board director and founder of DP9, he will work with the planning teams based in Manchester and Leeds, focusing on the North West and Yorkshire.

Julie Pope and Carole Fox have been appointed as consultants for property law firm Landsmiths.

Aitchison Raffety has expanded its portfolio management team with the appointment of Michael Panayi as an accountant and Zach Chambers as assistant property manager.

Jonathan Young has been appointed head of business rates for Matthews & Goodman in the north of England, north Wales and Scotland. He previously held senior positions at Savills and J Ross Developments.

BNP Paribas Real Estate has hired Samantha Rowland as its new head of healthcare and Colin Rees-Smith as a senior director. Both join from Savills.

Packaged Living has hired Will Skuse as investment manager. He joins from Knight Frank’s London office, where he was an associate partner.

Irwin Mitchell has expanded its planning and environment team with the appointment of Tracy Lovejoy as a senior associate based in Birmingham and Victoria Tague as an associate based in Manchester.

Nick Harris has been appointed by Savills as its new head of UK valuation, replacing Ian Malden, who is stepping down as head of the division in the spring of next year. Harris will continue in his post as head of European cross-border valuation.

Hawk Block Management has appointed Rebecca Wilson as business development manager. She was previously the regional business development manager at HML Group.

Phil Farrell has joined Stantec as director in development and built environment for the Midlands region. He joins from Homes England.
