Hines has appointed Farhaz Miah (left) as director of research for Europe.
Shelley West (right) has joined Hayfield as regional sales director. She will be responsible for the sales team working on its development sites in Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Cambridgeshire, Oxfordshire, Warwickshire and Wiltshire.
LaSalle Investment Management has appointed Philip La Pierre as chief executive of Europe. Based in London, he will assume overall responsibility for LaSalle’s AUM pan-European real estate business and will join LaSalle’s global management committee.
Gerald Eve has strengthened its building consultancy team with the hire of Richard Close as partner. He joins from CBRE and will lead a technical development management and construction monitoring team working across all commercial property sectors.
Asset management firm Cohen & Steers has recruited David Conway as head of wholesale distribution, EMEA.
Navana Property Group has appointed Justin Moore, formally of Deutsche Bank Global, as chief financial officer to drive its investment programme.
Jodie Johnson has joined Principle Estate Management’s finance team. She previously worked at Curry & Partners and CPBigwood dealing with property management credit control.
Chris Lewis has been appointed as a partner at DeVono Cresa. He joins chief executives Robert Leigh and Luke Philpott and company chairman Ian Rudland on the board.
Brian Ivory has been appointed as chairman at IPSX Group.
Europa Capital has hired Vanessa Muscarà as head of research and strategy and Alexia Beattie as head of people and talent.
Town Centre Securities has promoted Helen Green to property director and appointed Craig Burrow as development director.
Knight Frank has appointed Paul Westwood as head of the firm’s residential sales office in Barnes. He began his career at Countrywide before moving to Rampton Baseley as a negotiator where his most recent position was associate director and lead valuer for south-west London.
Oxford Properties Group has promoted Joanne McNamara and David Matheson to executive vice presidents, Europe and Asia Pacific. Paul Brundage has moved to OMERS, Oxford’s parent company, to become deputy chair for investments.
Triton has promoted Chris Quinn to regional director of the construction team in the North West. Mark Burns from Cruden Property Services has joined as operations director, and Steve Bolton is retiring from the business.
Connells Group has appointed Rob Jenner, Jonathan Weedon and Chris Rosindale to divisional managing directors.
Octopus Real Estate has promoted Oliver Porter to external business development manager for the East of England.
Adam Stackhouse has joined Winkworth as head of its new development and commercial investments department.
