Savills has appointed Ann-Katrin Kaiser (pictured left) to its EMEA hotels team in Germany.
Hammerson has appointed Simon Betty (pictured second from left) as managing director for city quarters and developments. He joined the firm in 2006 and has worked across the business in development, retail parks, investor relations and group strategy. He is currently retail director for Ireland.
Countryside has appointed Phil Chapman (pictured second from right) as managing director to lead its new housebuilding west region across Oxfordshire, Berkshire, Hampshire and West Sussex. He has previously worked for Linden Homes, Bryant Homes and Taylor Wimpey.
Alder King has appointed Josh Bryant (pictured right) as a senior surveyor in its lease advisory team in Bristol. He joins from Lambert Smith Hampton where he advised local, regional and national clients across the South West on all aspects of commercial leasing.
