GVA has appointed Paul Williams (pictured left) as director of office agency for Bristol and the South West. Williams has an extensive career spanning more than 30 years and was most recently head of the agency team at Bruton Knowles.
Savills has appointed Catherine Tilley (pictured second from left) as an associate director in the central London office agency team. Tiley joins from Colliers International’s West End office agency team working with clients including Shaftesbury, Grosvenor and CBREGI.
The Bristol office of RPS Group has recruited James Stone (pictured second from right) as director from Mott Macdonald. Stone specialises in project and commercial management and has 10 years’ experience in the industry.
Cushman & Wakefield has appointed Colin Clement (pictured right) as head of project and development services in Scotland. Clement joins from Currie & Brown where he was regional director of project management.
Harold Benjamin has appointed Vijay Parikh as managing partner, he will take up the role on 1 January. Parikh joined the partnership in 2010 and has been instrumental in the development and expansion of the firm’s commercial property and auction & investments team.
Malcolm Hollis has appointed Joanna Taylor-Smith as chief financial officer.
Ryden has appointed Greg Limb to launch its new residential investment and development department with Ryden partner David Fraser. Limb was previously responsible for establishing and jointly heading the Scottish operations at Gladman Developments.
JLL in Manchester has appointed Paul Hackwell as a director in its project and development services team. Keith Jones has been appointed as an associate director and Luis Perez as a graduate surveyor in the planning and development team. Matt Francis and Naomi Warren have joined the residential advisory team as executive surveyor and surveyor respectively.
Hannah Speechley, commercial surveyor at Barker Storey Matthews, has qualified as a full member of the RICS.
Hugg Homes, the temporary modular housing business of Inland Homes, has appointed James Gallagher as operations director and Derek Byatt as land director.
LendInvest has appointed Allister Keller, Taher Miah, Robin Parker and Victor Pichon to the capital markets and treasury team. Jonathan Gomez has been promoted to the role of treasurer.
Lambert Smith Hampton in Birmingham has appointed Nick Harrison as head of the planning team; Ben Rayner as associate director; and Louise Hinsley as senior planner in its national planning and development consultancy.
Law firm Bevan Brittan has appointed an industry-leading legal team to focus on its property, housing and care sectors. The team join from Dentons and includes partner Wendy Wilks; senior associate Fiona McDonald; paralegal Kim Watson; and personal assistant Janice Richards.
McCarthy & Stone has appointed Nigel Turner and Mike Lloyd as dual chief operating officers, commencing 1 January. They will oversee the group’s building operations and customer-facing services respectively.
BMO Real Estate Partners has appointed Jack Woollard as an asset manager in the UK industrial and logistics team in London. Woollard joins from Gerald Eve where he was an associate.

Clarion Housing Group has recruited Richard Cook as group director of development. Cook joins from Lendlease Europe, where he was head of residential.

Law firm Irwin Mitchell has recruited lawyer Stuart Tym to its national real estate department as a senior associate in the Birmingham office.
Real estate online investment platform BrickVest has appointed Denis Francois as a non-executive director. He brings more than 40 years of property valuation and advisory experience to the role.
