Hollis has promoted Vikki Aitkenhead (pictured, left) to head of environmental consultancy. Aitkenhead joined the firm in 2016 and will be responsible for advising on corporate merger, divestment and acquisition transactions, as well as the delivery of environmental due diligence services across Europe. Shaun Miller has been promoted to head of access consultancy. Miller joined the firm as a senior chartered building surveyor and provides a broad range of access advice to a wide variety of clients, including national retailers, universities, healthcare trusts and private organisations, throughout the UK.
Curlew Capital, the UK alternative real estate development, asset and fund manager, has appointed Andrew Davis (pictured, second from left) as senior development manager to support the delivery of its £340m student accommodation development programme. He joins from Yelverton Properties, where he spent 22 years, latterly as development director.
Osborne has appointed Vicky Fordham-Lewis (pictured, second from right) to the role of managing director, with effect from 7 September. She brings her expertise in social housing, maintenance and collaborative delivery models to the property services business.
Carolyn Quinn (pictured, right) has joined Harris Lamb as a surveyor in the lease advisory and valuation team. She previously worked for Knight Frank.
HLW has recruited Pendrick Brown as principal in the London office. He brings more than 15 years of legal experience to the role, as well as developer and landlord expertise.
Picton has appointed Richard Jones as non-executive director, with effect from 1 September. He has more than 30 years’ real estate experience and was UK managing director on the Aviva Investors Global Real Estate Board, where he was a member of the Global Real Estate Investment Committee until 2014.
Boxpark has hired Simon Bishop as property director to help drive the company’s development plans over the next five years. He has more than 25 years’ experience in leisure acquisitions, and his most recent role was as head of acquisitions at Wells & Co, where he focused on acquiring new pubs and hotels for the managed pubs business and tenancies.
Sarah Walsh has joined the Jackson-Stops team from Savills to set up a land and new homes department in Ipswich. Robert Butterworth, former head of residential agency for the London offices, will head up the firm’s new branch in Woking.
