Aitchison Raffety has appointed Hugo Harding (pictured left) as a graduate surveyor in its commercial agency division based in the St Albans office.

CBRE has appointed Kaleigh Haeg (pictured second from left) to the newly created role of business development director in its UK life sciences team.

Cole Waterhouse has appointed George Smith (pictured second from right) as planning manager at the company’s new offices in Mosley Street, Manchester. He joins from DP9 in London, where he held the position of senior town planner and led on a number of residential and commercial schemes in central London.

Colliers International has appointed Colin Wood (pictured right) as a director in its project and building consultancy department. He will be responsible for leading its occupier-related activity within the UK cost management service line. He joins from Turner & Townsend.

Galliford Try Investments has appointed Ben Willet as development manager in its Solihull office. He joins the national PRS team and will report to Phil Harris. He previously worked at Muller Property Group and Balfour Beatty Investments.

Highwood has appointed Martin Hawthorne as planning director. He has more than 30 years’ experience as planner and lead consultant on a number of major residential developments, large-scale urban expansions, strategic planning, community consultations and masterplanning. He was formerly with WYG and is a member of the Royal Town Planning Institute.

Battersea Power Station Development Company has hired Janet Bishopp as head of property management and operations from Hammerson. She will lead the team managing Circus West Village, the first phase of the 42-acre redevelopment. She has previously managed estates for John Lewis, Tesco and Asda.

National commercial property and investment company LCP has appointed Tim Bromley-Martin as asset manager for its London office. He joins from Lawson & Partners, where he was partner.

Cushman & Wakefield has appointed Tina Reuter and Louise Bonham as co-heads of its EMEA asset services business. They will have joint responsibility for managing the regional asset services operation.

Patrizia has appointed Mahdi Mokrane as head of investment strategy and research. He joins from LaSalle Investment Management in London.

BDB Pitmans has recruited Richard Marsh as a partner in its planning, infrastructure and public law team. He joins the firm from Eversheds Sutherland.

Robertson has bolstered its residential group business with the appointment of John Low as chief executive, Colin Mitchell as finance director and Craig Smith as operations director.

Pluto Finance has appointed Simon Chapman as lending director to the firm’s London-based team. He joins from Lendco, where he was business development director.

Sheen Lane Developments has appointed Andrew Cooper as a director focusing on sourcing new land and development opportunities across London and the South East. He was previously a director in Savills’ London development land team.

Savills has hired Aurelio Di Napoli as a director in its operational capital markets team focusing on the European markets, based in the London office.

Invel Real Estate has appointed Alexis Pipilis as a principal in London. He will be primarily responsible for acquisitions and the execution of new transactions in the Southern European region.

Global engineering consultancy Meinhardt has hired building services specialist Lee Davies as a building director in its Birmingham office. He will work alongside regional director Jason Fox to spearhead the consultancy’s expansion into new regions. Davies was a former equity director at Couch Perry Wilkes.

Gleeds has appointed Richard Stansfield as director of cost management to its rail team. His construction and infrastructure career spans more than 30 years, during which he has been a key member of teams at Faithful + Gould, Network Rail and Mott MacDonald.

CALA Homes has appointed Andrew Wagstaff as managing director of its Thames region. He joins from Dandara, where he worked for more than 14 years, which included the role of managing director of its UK South East subsidiaries.

Corstorphine + Wright has hired Ben Round as finance director.

Law firm Weightmans has recruited commercial real estate expert Brian Ghatan from Addleshaw Goddard to help accelerate its offering to Manchester’s built environment sector.

Alder King has elected Simon Price as its new senior partner. He will succeed Martyn Jones, who steps down from the role on 1 November. Price leads the firm’s agency team, specialising in office agency and commercial development.

Spitfire Bespoke Homes has appointed Edward Elliman as land director and Sophie Smith as land manager to drive growth development in its new land team in the Midlands.
