Vail Williams has appointed Jennifer Nicol (pictured, left) and Derek Moore as associates in the firm’s valuation and business rates teams. Sami Salih has joined as regional facilities manager in the property asset management team.

Cluttons has hired Robert Burke (pictured, right) as head of its project management and building consultancy teams. He joins from Lambert Smith Hampton and specialises in technical due diligence, dilapidations and development monitoring.

RED Construction Group appointed Nikki Treweek as head of learning and development. The new role forms part of the company’s long-term strategy to develop and support new and existing employees.

Hines has promoted Greg Cooper to managing director in industrial and logistics and Jurrien de Koning to managing director in the living sector.

Phil McCarthy has joined Lichfields as an associate director.

BNP Paribas Real Estate has appointed Han Khim Siew and Mathieu Brummer as co-heads of BNP Paribas Real Estate Asia Pacific.

Sequence UK has appointed Paul Hitchins to the role of mortgage services new-build sales director.

SHW has promoted Gemma Quinn, Rachel Finn, Laura Miles and Duncan Bannister to director roles. Adam Nelson, James Bryant, Fabienne Barratt and Wayne Davidson have been made associates. Luke Longley, Harry Beyer and Matthew Davies have been named senior surveyors.

Solihull-based Living Space Housing has appointed Keith Harris as a contracts manager to oversee developments in Shropshire and Oxfordshire. He joins from Wates Construction.

Carter Jonas has recruited Steve Morris as a partner, Suzy Birdseye as an associate and Alice Williams as a surveyor on its South West planning and development team.

Lichfields has appointed Phil McCarthy as associate director. He has more than 15 years’ experience within housing, mixed-use and industrial development.

Chris Day, lettings technical director at Connells Group, has retired after nearly 40 years in the property industry. Day was also an active member of the RICS industry forum on lettings and management.

Rachael Groves has been appointed contracts manager at Ambar Kelly.

Law firm Hogan Lovells has appointed Daniel Norris as real estate sector lead, replacing Jackie Newstead. Norris will continue to lead the global real estate practice area.

Osborne Developments has recruited Ryan Harris as head of land and investment and Kemi David as development analyst to support the businesses future growth in BTR and PBSA.

Kelvin Properties has welcomed former CALA Homes’ land director Andrew Duncan to the business as it bolsters its position in the Scottish residential development market.

Knight Frank has appointed Ellie White as an associate and head of lettings in its Chelsea office. She previously worked for Chestertons.

Jonathan Walker has joined developer CO-RE as an associate director. He was formerly project director at Derwent.

Paul Dalgleish has joined Hyatt Hotels as vice-president revenue, sales and distribution.

Housing regeneration specialist Place Capital Group has strengthened its board with the appointment of non-executive directors Karl Eddy, former senior partner at Grant Thornton, and Scot Morrison, a senior partner at Pinsent Masons.

Former Crest Nicholson chief executive Stephen Stone has joined the board at ilke Homes as the firm continues its growth drive.

SLC Property has appointed Peter Eustance as property and development surveyor and Chris Moore as a graduate surveyor in its northern team.

Thackeray Group has hired Gary Coleman as finance director and Laura Boyle as investment asset manager.

Newcore Capital Management has promoted Harry Savory and Neil Sarkhel to chief investment officer and chief operating officer respectively. Juliette Chatellier has been promoted to finance director.  Piers Windsor has joined as associate director and Ravi Patel as finance manager.
