Living Space Housing has appointed Paul Breen (pictured left) as commercial manager. He joins from RGB Group and will head the commercial function of the business, both pre- and post-contract.
Cluttons has hired Eve Larard-Tansley (pictured second from left) as head of portfolio and lettings management. She joins from Grosvenor where she was responsible for the estate’s Mayfair and Belgravia residential lettings portfolio.
CBRE in Leeds has appointed Olivia McClea (pictured second from right) as director and head of its residential valuation team covering Yorkshire and the North East. She joins from Knight Frank.
Hargreaves Land has appointed James Ramsbotham (pictured right) as non-executive director. He has more than 12 years’ commercial property experience in the Bristol and the South West market.
Logistics Capital Partners has appointed Will Mullins as an associate. He has more than seven years’ pan-European real estate experience focusing on industrial and logistics.
Belfast-based property tech firm GoReport has recruited Gavin O’Neill as chief operating officer and head of finance. He will be responsible for overseeing new innovations and advising on market strategy.
West One Loans has appointed Amir Khan as a key account manager focusing on buy-to-let mortgage products.
Picton has named Nick Wiles as a non-executive director.
Amanda Clack, CBRE’s head of strategic advisory and former RICS president, has been named University College of Estate Management chair designate.
BNP Paribas Real Estate has appointed Juliette Brisac as a member of the executive board and chief operating officer. Dominique Jones has been named chief executive and general manager of BNP Paribas REIM Italy. Thomas Charvet, managing director of commercial property development, and Anne du Manoir, chief human resources officer, have joined the executive board.
Aston Chase has appointed Howard Kayman and Simon Rosenblatt as associate directors. Kayman has worked at Aston Chase for 22 years in house sales, and Rosenblatt has worked in flat sales for 12 years.
Knight Frank has appointed Gary Hall as head of lettings and James Clarke as head of London sales.
Benjamin German has joined Chestertons’ Richmond office as lettings manager. He joins from Chancellors.

The new team includes assistant quantity surveyor Lucy Reed and specialises in quantity surveying, project management, building surveying and project monitoring services in the commercial and residential markets.
The board of LXi REIT has named Patricia Dimond as a non-executive director and a member of the nomination, audit and management engagement committees.
Urban Exposure has recruited Robert Pritchard as a director in its asset management team. He will be responsible for the implementation of joint venture and capital raising initiatives.
Cromwell Property Group has appointed Nigel Batters as chief financial officer for Europe, based in Amsterdam.
Partner Phil Smith has relocated form Gerald Eve in London to its Midlands office to lead its retail and restaurant sectors. Millie Evans joins from HRH Retail as a graduate surveyor to work on rent reviews, lease renewals and regears. Felicity Cooper has been recruited as a surveyor from Rapleys and will work in the office and industrial sectors.
Studio KMA has recruited Stephen Irvine as director of town planning.
Rivercrown has appointed director Charles Archer to lead its debt investment management team. He joins from Legal & General.
Housebuilder Redrow has promoted Mark Parker to regional chief executive for Greater London. He was previously divisional managing director for east London.

Hilson Moran has appointed Mirko Farnetani as senior sustainability consultant. He has previously worked for BRE Research & Strategic Advisory Group.
FirstPort has appointed Victoria Peake as operations manager; Tanya Wichall and Katrina Aslet-Clark have been recruited as regional managers; Crawford Scott has made operations director; and Richard Thwaites has been promoted to director of property services.
