Chancerygate has appointed Mark Garrity (pictured second from left) to lead its development programme in the Midlands, where they will open a new office. Garrity joins from Kier Property Developments.
LCP has appointed Harriet Moloney (pictured second from right) as an asset manager for its shopping centre portfolio. She joins from LaSalle Investment Management.
Yorkshire-based property development and investment firm Citivale has appointed Richard Bannister (pictured right) as development director. He joins from St Modwen.
Longevity Partners has hired Olivia O’Brien, Jeremy Fouillou and Thomas Lariviere as sustainability analysts.
Property lender Glenhawk has appointed Steve Smith as business development manager for the South West.
Aprirose has appointed Kym Kapadia as chief commercial officer of hotels. She joins from Michels & Taylor.
Powell Williams has promoted Jon Carey to associate partner in the Birmingham office. He joined the firm in 2015 as a senior surveyor.
Delva Patman Redler has appointed Valerio Falco as assistant technical analyst in the rights of light team.
Oliver Billson has joined Farebrother as a surveyor in its lease advisory team, dealing with rent reviews, lease renewals and additional lease advisory matters.
Colliers International has appointed Peter Morse as director of learning and development. He joins from JLL.
Gemma Price has joined Urbanbubble as head of property management.
FirstPort has appointed Heidi Stephenson as director of its luxury portfolio and Lucinda Walker as director of build-to-rent.
Savills occupier services team has appointed Mark Walsh as director and Christopher Kerr as associate director, based in the Manchester and Birmingham offices respectively.
Malcolm Hollis has promoted Gareth White to associate, Belfast; Dan Roberts to senior associate, Manchester; James Clark to senior chartered building surveyor, Manchester; Stephen O’Neill to associate in the mechanical and electrical service division, London; Jordan Potter to senior chartered building surveyor, London; and William Purvis to senior associate, Birmingham.
Scott Petrie has rejoined Scottish Land & Estates to support the central region for the rural business.
Ilke Homes has appointed Ciara Milne as chief financial officer. Milne will support the business to deliver its modular homes target.
AECOM has appointed Alison Wring as a director in its London commercial team. Wring will focus on driving growth, strategy and client engagement for the business in London’s commercial market.
Cushman & Wakefield has appointed Richard Evans to head up its logistics & industrial team in the UK. Evans will join the firm in spring 2019 as an International partner from JLL.
Chris Severs has joined Avison Young in Manchester as an associate director in the professional team. He will advise landlords and occupiers on all matters relating to business rates, leases and rent reviews.
Ellis Auger has joined Savills leisure and trade-related team. Auger will work on the valuation of leisure and trade-related assets on an operational basis and investment perspective.
