Gillian Worden (pictured left) has joined P4 Planning as an associate from residential contractor Chrome Services. She is experienced in advising housing associations and PRS clients, and has managed and led the delivery of planning consents on various large scale, strategic and complex sites.

Connells has recruited Hannah Kelham (pictured second from left) as head of East Midlands new homes division. Her remit will include Connells, Ashley Adams and Burchell Edwards East businesses.

Peter Monks (pictured second from right) has joined CBRE as a director to head up its industrial and logistics team in Birmingham. He Joins from Colliers International.

Curchod & Co has appointed Thomas Nurton (pictured right) as a graduate surveyor at its Woking office, to work alongside partner Richard Newsam.

Arrif Ali has joined Grosvenor Britain & Ireland as a director of new business in the developments division, and will identify new investment opportunities for the sector.

Marc Albinus has joined Savills as a consultant in the logistics and industrial team based in the Amsterdam office.

Hines has appointed Robbie Pitman as managing director and head of development in the UK.

Tony Green has joined West Midlands-based Goold Estates in a non-executive capacity. He previously worked for Hortons’ Estate.

CBRE Glasgow has appointed Craig Semple as associate director in its industrial and logistics team. He will take up his new post in September, and joins from Avison Young.

Lambert Smith Hampton’s North East team has appointed Jonathan Sykes as director and head of the transactional team in Newcastle. David Morris has been appointed as head of the regional building consultancy team. Mark Dodds joins as a senior consultant to planning, development and regeneration; Insiyah Khushnood as associate director; and Laura Dixon as senior planner.

Housebuilder Redrow has promoted communications director Matt Grayson to group customer and marketing director. Grayson will lead the newly consolidated group customer service, sales, marketing, and communications function at an executive board level.

Zero Deposit has appointed ARLA Propertymark president Peter Savage as its industry spokesman, to communicate the benefits of deposit replacement products and regulated schemes.

Urban Splash has promoted Altrincham-based Chris Shaw to delivery director. Nicky Harries has been made senior lettings manager in Cheshire. Bethan Owens has taken up the role of acquisitions manager in Manchester. Sam Lenehan has been promoted to associate director in Leeds. In the Midlands, associate director of development Adam Willetts has taken on the role of project director on the Royal William Yard in Plymouth, and Port Loop in Birmingham developments.

Jamie Lester has launched Jamie Lester Consultancy, an advisory service providing expert sales and marketing strategy advice to property developers. Lester has worked in the property industry for more than 24 years and has most recently worked with developer Aitch Group.

Lincoln-based chartered surveyor Banks Long & Co has recruited surveyor James Lockwood. Lockwood joins from Strutt and Parker in Oxford where he worked in the land management and rural consultancy.

Oak Group has appointed Paul Schreibke to managing director in the private client and corporate services business in Guernsey.

Law firm Lester Aldridge has promoted Claire Long to partner and appointed social housing lawyer Deena Blake as associate, in its real estate group.

Peritus Corporate Finance has appointed Holly Dormer as senior analyst in real estate finance. She is experienced in commercial and residential development, and previously worked at Octopus Property in the development team.

Hyde Group has named group finance director Peter Denton as its new chief executive, which follows the retirement of Elaine Bailey later this year.

Stuart Garnett has joined retirement and housing business Guild Living as a planning director.

Lender Glenhawk has appointed former head of residential mortgage trading at Morgan Stanley, Steven Khan, as chief operating officer.

Mayfair Capital Investment Management has hired Maureen Mahr von Staszewski to lead the Pan European Investment program for Swiss Life. She joins from Cromwell Property Group.

Rider Levett Bucknall has appointed Andrew Stamps as national head of infrastructure. He previously worked as a director at Turner & Townsend, and has more than 30 years’ experience of commercial leadership in the delivery of major infrastructure projects and frameworks.

Seaforth Land has appointed Lesley Chen Davison as chief investment officer. She will join the company in September 2019 from Delancey.

Avison Young has hired John Sikaitis, Nick Guglietta and Carl Caputo to lead the firm’s global innovation practice based in the firm’s Washington DC office.

Hayfield has promoted Andy Morris to operations director and Dan Hurst to chief finance officer. Morris previously worked for Linden Homes Thames Valley, and Hurst worked at Morris Homes.
