Cluttons has hired Robyn Sutcliffe (pictured left) as business development manager from Herbert Smith Freehills and Gary Innes as bid manager.

Rider Levett Bucknall has appointed Andrew Ellingworth (pictured second from left) as a partner and head of building surveying in London. He was previous a director at Gleeds.

Sam Cooke (pictured second from right) has joined Carter Jonas’ commercial property team in Birmingham. He joins as an associate from Savills where he advised on office agency instructions in Birmingham, the M42 corridor and wider Midlands region.

Blackstone has promoted Lama Kanazeh (pictured right) to senior managing director and head of real estate and Adam Shah to senior managing director and chief operating officer of real estate asset management for Europe.

Davis Coffer Lyons has appointed Callum Roxburgh as a junior surveyor in its valuation team. He joins from Avison Young and provides valuation advice on pubs, restaurants, care homes and children’s nurseries throughout the UK.

Colliers International has promoted James Rawdon-Mogg to head of enterprise solutions, occupier services EMEA. He joined the firm in 2014 and has played a key part in developing its EMEA business.

Marks & Spencer has appointed Will Smith as property director and Helen Milford as retail director.

Charmi Patel has joined AS Retail as a graduate surveyor following an internship with the company in 2017.

Everard Cole has appointed Gareth Hatton as associate director. He joins the private and corporate sales and lettings team in Cambridge and has more than 20 years’ experience in the hospitality and leisure sector.

Shaun Bishop has joined residential block management firm Rebbeck Brothers as property manager.

Wiltshire-based DMI Finance has appointed Liva Grinberga as commercial finance broker.

Law firm Norton Rose Fulbright has appointed Sarah Fitzpatrick as head of planning and as a partner in its real estate team in its London office.

The Instant Group has hired Steven Khoury as head of France and client solutions, Europe. He joins from JLL.

Octopus Group has appointed Deniz Sevincer and Mark Williams as co-heads of institutional funds. They will oversee strategies across key investment sectors including renewables, healthcare infrastructure and commercial.

PPHE Hotel Group has promoted Greg Hegarty to deputy chief executive and chief operating officer. Inbar Zilberman has been named chief corporate and legal officer.

Ross Criddle has relocated from Knight Frank’s Hong Kong office to London as a partner in the international occupier services team, led by Colin Fitzgerald.

Law firm Brabners has appointed Roy Barry as a partner in its real estate practice in Manchester. He joins from Eversheds.

Lancashire County Council has appointed Robbie Metcalfe as a graduate estates surveyor in its estates management team.

Former Redrow director Dave Bexon has joined proptech start-up Yourkeys to expand its customer base nationwide. Yourkeys is a transactional platform for housebuilders and estate agents that reduces the exchange time of contracts by automating the upfront data required to process sales.

Simon Collins has joined Francis Hunter to head its new landlord division. He joins from WeWork and has more than 17 years’ project management experience.

Kennedy Wilson has hired Augusto Zunzunegui as a director to build the firm’s origination and acquisitions expertise. He will be based in the Madrid office.

Geoff Willis has joined Manchester-based property development and investment firm Investar Property Group. He joins as investment director and will help deliver strategic development projects and drive the growth of the company.

Wheatcroft Land has appointed Chris Wesley as development director. He will be responsible for identifying and securing opportunities for both the commercial and residential sectors.

Thursfields Solicitors has recruited lawyer Katherine Hall to its commercial property team in its Worcester office.

Haslams has appointed Will Morris as a partner in its professional services team, working alongside partners Conrad Hill, Chris Newman and Steven Smith.

Financial services firm Barings, has appointed Robbert-Jan van Baal as head of real estate acquisition for Benelux. Thorsten Slytå has been hired as regional head of real estate for Scandinavia.

Housebuilder Redrow has recruited Tom Wright as managing director of its Eastern division. He joins from Persimmon and will be responsible for the delivery of nine outlets.

Tony Cox, formerly land acquisition director at Geoffrey Osborne Group, and his son Marc Cox, previously sales director at Mishon MacKay, have set up estate agency Cox & Company. Based in Hove, Sussex, the new firm specialises in residential sales and development.
