West Midlands property consultancy Burley Browne has appointed senior surveyor Faryal Sheikh (pictured, left) to work with commercial property landlords across the industrial, retail and office sectors. She joins from Bruton Knowles.
Darren Dancey (pictured, second left) has joined Countryside as managing director to lead the new partnerships South West division. He brings with him 30 years of housebuilding and regeneration experience at Crest Nicholson, most recently as managing director for the South West.
Labtech has appointed Rosalind Chan (pictured, second right) as marketing director for its flexible workspace brand, Labs, and serviced apartment arm, Stay. She joins from The Office Group.
RO Group has appointed Ed Davidson (pictured, right) as a leasing manager for RO Real Estate in London. He previously held senior roles at Sorbon Estates.
Realest in Southampton has appointed Simon Nicholls as a consultant in the building consultancy team. He previously worked for JLL.

HNG has recruited Iain Tindal to assist with the expansion of its property management division based in its central London offices.
First Base has appointed Andy Shamash as financial controller. He joins from Barratt Developments.
Clarion Partners Europe has appointed Maqbool Mohamed as chief financial officer and chief operating officer. Based in London, he has more than 20 years of pan-European real estate experience.
Warehouse REIT has appointed Adrian Daminato as head of financial planning and reporting and Dan Ragonez as a senior investment analyst.
Industry veterans David Church and Robert Cook have joined Valley Ridge as board advisers to help drive its £500m UK leisure destination in Suffolk.
Savills has appointed Julie Garsden as director of its UK leisure property management team. She has more than 25 years’ experience in commercial real estate, most recently as asset manager for Landsec’s leisure portfolio.
Knight Frank has appointed Kyle Gellatly as an associate in its senior living division. Katy Brookes has been made head of residential sales in the Hampstead office. Toby Anderdon joins the Chelsea residential sales team as a partner.
ARLA Propertymark and NAEA Propertymark have appointed Liana Loporto as president elect for NAEA Propertymark and Stephen McCarron as vice president for NAEA Propertymark. David Votta has been appointed vice president for ARLA Propertymark.
Glenny has hired graduate surveyor Nowsher Alam in its east London business space agency team. He joins from Kemsley.
Dentons has hired Andrew Muckian as a partner in its Dublin office. He was formerly head of real estate at William Fry in Ireland.
Nottingham-based engineering consultancy Dice has appointed Maia Stride as an associate and Niall Murray as structural revit technician. Iva Dimitrov has joined as a senior civil engineer and Thanos Fotiou as a structural engineer.
Matthews & Goodman has recruited Siobhan Ellis as an associate from JLL. She will be responsible for client property across the North of England and Scotland.
Edward Daniels has joined Strutt & Parker as head of forestry to manage its UK-wide John Clegg & Co team. Simon Hart will join as head of forestry in Scotland from January 2021.
Avison Young has appointed Simon Lowe as a director in its residential investment team. He will focus primarily on providing transactional advice on student housing and the co-living sector. He was previously head of acquisitions at Mansion Group.
Leumi UK has appointed Guy Brocklehurst as a relationship manager in its property finance team.
Time Retail Partners has appointed Tony Carroll, a former senior director at CBRE, as a director. He will join the company in January 2021.
Alder King has appointed Gareth Jackson as a partner in its planning team. He will work with partner Simon Fitton focusing on major development projects across the South West and South Wales.
