Helen Moore (pictured left) has been appointed managing director at Orbit Homes and will be responsible for the operational delivery of all developments across the business.
Strategic planner Nigel Hawkey (pictured second from left) has joined Bidwells to support the delivery of Oxfordshire’s growth strategy. He joins as a divisional partner and will lead the firm’s planning team across the Oxford end of the Arc, focusing on strategic residential and mixed-use regeneration.
Knight Frank has appointed senior surveyor Emma Cowlrick (pictured second from right) to its commercial property team in the South West. She previously worked at Carter Jonas.

Michael Nagelberg, managing director in Blackstone’s Real Estate division, has moved to the London office from New York. He joins the real estate debt strategies team led by Michael Zerda.
