Jon Leedham (pictured left) has joined the Birmingham office of Cushman & Wakefield as head of business space regions. A specialist in lease advisory and valuations, Leedham will be responsible for the regional business across England, Scotland and Wales.

Savills has appointed Stuart Moncur (pictured second from left) as head of regional retail in the Edinburgh office. He was previously at Cushman & Wakefield. As a director, Moncur will focus on prime high street, shopping centre and retail park leasing and asset management, occupier advisory and development in UK regional markets.

Vail Williams has appointed Chris Wright (pictured second from right) as an associate in the Southampton office. He joins from Lambert Smith Hampton and is experienced in residential and commercial property valuation.  

Robert Flint (pictured right) has joined Brown & Co as a divisional partner in the commercial team in the Norwich office. Flint is a chartered surveyor of commercial property dealing with valuations, rent reviews, lease renewals, sales, lettings and management.

Cushman & Wakefield has appointed Toby Ogden as head of London markets. He succeeds George Roberts, who has been named head of UK & Ireland.

Dacre, Son & Hartley has appointed Leah Nanji as residential lettings manager for Aireborough and North Leeds. Jack Manchester has joined the Leeds city centre commercial team as a graduate surveyor.

Oxford Properties has appointed Paul Holdsworth as an associate in its asset management team. He joins from LaSalle.

Gilles de Richemond has joined AccorHotels as its chief information officer. De Richemond was previously managing director of Voyages-SNCF Technologies.

Philip Shields has joined CBRE as a senior director in its capital advisers team covering corporate finance assignments and debt mandates in the healthcare, leisure, and pubs markets.

Clarion Housing Group has recruited Virginia Ainscough as head of bid management.

Helix has promoted Ben West and Abigail van der Berg from associate director to director.

Assessment of professional competence (APC) qualifications have been awarded to Michael McDade and Allan Featherstone from Shepherd Chartered Surveyors and Lauren Henderson from Hardies Property & Construction Consultants.

Peel Hunt has appointed Harry Nicholas as an associate director in its corporate real estate team. Nicholas joins from Jefferies Hoare Govett and will be responsible for transaction execution and client relationship building for the firm’s real estate franchise in the UK equity market.

TH Real Estate has appointed Charlotte Ashworth as fund manager based in the London office. Ashworth joins from Cushman & Wakefield, where she worked in the cross-border retail investment team.

McCarthy & Stone has appointed Brendon O’Neill and Ian Wilkins as divisional managing directors. O’Neill will cover the Southern, South East and north London regions while Wilkins’ will focus on the North West, North East and Scottish areas.

Anton Page has appointed Andrew Ingram as head of its tenant representation team.

SEGRO has appointment Carol Fairweather as an independent non-executive director. Fairweather was chief financial officer of Burberry Group from 2013-17.

Lockton has appointed Toni Longman as a senior vice president in the London-based real estate and construction practice.

UBS Asset Management’s – real estate and private markets business has appointed Stefan Rose as a portfolio manager in its infrastructure debt team.

Acorn Blue has promoted Nicola Rafferty to land assistant, Sean Butcher to regional sales manager and Anne Williams to sales co-ordinator.

Alison Guyton has been appointed director of the new homes division at Leaders Romans Group. She will work alongside national sales director Kevin Shaw and will head up the new homes specialist team.

Associate Will Mullane has joined Avison Young’s central London offices team. He joins from the firms Calgary office and has worked on office relocations, renewals, disposals and lease restructures.
