Lichfields’ Ben Kelway (pictured second from left) has been promoted to senior director. He joined the firm in 2002 and has expertise in urban housing projects, townscape and amenity matters.
CBRE has hired Kieran Roche (pictured second from right) as head of business development in its UK asset services business. He has previously worked for Mind Gym and Procter & Gamble.
Simon Durkin, (pictured right) former head of research at BNP Paribas Real Estate, has joined Seaforth Land as director of strategy, research and operations.
Cushman & Wakefield’s business space team has appointed graduates Ewan Stewart in the Glasgow office and Adam Watt in the Edinburgh office.

Lovell has appointed Debra Borley as a site manager. She will oversee a major homes refurbishment programme that the firm is delivering for Vale of Glamorgan Council in South Wales.
