AHR has appointed Natasha Spooner (pictured right) as business development manager. Based at its Bristol office, Spooner will work across the firm’s architecture and building consultancy practices serving the South West, South Coast and South Wales.

Knight Frank has appointed Neil McLocklin (pictured second from right) from Cushman & Wakefield as a partner and head of its new strategic consultancy EMEA. McLocklin will lead the charge in building the firm’s pan-European strategic consultancy practice.

CBRE has appointed Sian Doyle (pictured second from left) as head of UK business development for its retail advisory and transaction business. Doyle has extensive retail experience and will support the firm’s growing retail advisory and transaction business.

Montagu Evans has appointed John Hill (pictured left) as a partner in its residential land team based in Glasgow. He joins from Lambert Smith Hampton and has 27 years’ experience in the development and disposal of residential and commercial land and property. He will work with Colin Whyte to enhance Montagu Evans’ market position in Scotland.

Flexible office firm Citibase has appointed Mike Jones as general manager responsible for the performance of all of the firm’s network of centres.

Rachel White has joined Boyer as a graduate through its graduate recruitment day.

JLL has appointed Paul Curson as lead director of its North East property and asset management team based in Leeds. Nicola Godfrey has joined as a senior surveyor and Daniel Knowles as a surveyor.

Cushman & Wakefield has appointed Murray McIntosh and David Findlay as senior surveyors in the valuation and advisory teams in its Edinburgh and Glasgow offices.

Acorn Property Group has appointed James Horner as a graduate development surveyor in its Southampton office.

Adam McMillan has joined CBRE as a senior director in its national team based in London. McMillan joins from Cushman & Wakefield where he was an international partner in its UK business space investment team.

Tia Marquis-Copeland has joined Powell Williams as a graduate surveyor in its London team.

Kevin Westgate has joined Sussex Surveyors as a senior building surveyor in the Hove office.

Tibbalds Planning and Urban Design has appointed policy planner Richard Crutchley as an associate. He will focus on planning policy and strategies, design guidance and area-based regeneration.

Fleurets has promoted head of retail leisure and restaurants Kevin Conibear to divisional director. Rosie Hallam, Elysia Wilson-Gunn and Ian Taylor have been made senior associates. Gareth Hatton, Simon Cable, Kate Dowd and Colin Sinclair have been named as associates.

Investment, development and asset management firm Round Hill Capital has appointed Alex James as managing director and head of capital markets based in London.

The Manchester office of GVA has made the following appointments: Elaine Glasgow, senior building surveyor; Andy Brooks, senior quantity surveyor; Rhian Griffiths, quantity surveyor; and Fergus Lowry, building surveyor in its building consultancy team. Matt Jones, surveyor, investment team; Ella Woodward, development surveyor, planning, development and regeneration team; Tristan Wooller, senior surveyor, industrial team; and Toby Bolton, surveyor, rating team.

Savills’ York office has relocated to River House, 17 Museum Street, York YO1 7DJ.

David Linkson has joined Partner Engineering and Science as a director of building sciences in Europe.

Carter Jonas has appointed Alain Torri as head of architecture in its architecture and building consultancy team. Based in the Oxford office, Torri will work with Richard Love to deliver building-related and architectural services across the UK.

Flude Commercial has appointed Rebecca Spokes as a professional and lease advisory surveyor in its Brighton office. Spokes is the RICS Matrics Sussex chairperson for 2017/2018.

Harry Jackson has joined Rainer Developments as an assistant land buyer.

SHH Architecture & Interior Design has appointed Susie McLaren as creative head of residential interiors.

Law firm Freeths has appointed Andy McMullan as a director in its Manchester planning and environment team. Michelle Spark joins as senior associate in Leeds. Jennifer Roe joins the London office as a planning lawyer. Environmental lawyers Arunsiri Doheny-Adams and Victoria Teece join the Sheffield office. In Nottingham, Mark Bassett and Polly Wisner have been promoted to senior associates and Liz Garvey to associate in the planning consultancy.

London law firm Payne Hicks Beach has appointed solicitor Antonia Cosby to its landed estates and agriculture team.

SP Property Group has appointed Becky Johnson as head of residential management. She joins from Domus Nova.

Stratton Creber Commercial has appointed Adam Beverley-Jones as head of agency in its Truro office.

The Liverpool office of CBRE has appointed Rebecca Ashall as assistant surveyor in the office agency team. Ashall will work alongside director Neil Kirkham and associate director Andy Byrne on the instructions of 4 St Paul’s Square and 20 Chapel Street in Liverpool.

The Newcastle office of Sanderson Weatherall has appointed graduates Tom Hall to the property management team and Mohsin Rashid and Nick Vincent in the rating and regeneration team. Hayley Anderson joins as a trainee surveyor and Lucy Gallagher as an architectural assistant.

HBV Supported Living has appointed Sophie Stuart as a trainee surveyor.
