Tom Ketley (pictured left) has joined Altum Capital as a director from Ballymore Group, where he was head of asset management. Ketley will be responsible for leading and executing asset management strategies across the Altum Capital mixed-use portfolio.

Law firm Fieldfisher has appointed Krista Powell (pictured second from left) as a partner in its Manchester real estate team. Powell joins from Freeman Fisher where she was a partner and head of its real estate department.

Colliers International has appointed Kimberley Pearce (pictured right) to the hotels valuation team in Leeds. As associate director her responsibility will be to expand its specialist team of hotel valuers in the North of England.

Be Living has appointed Brendon Walsh (pictured second from right) as strategic consultant for its private sale and build-to-rent portfolio. Walsh was previously director for regeneration, economic development and environment at Hounslow Council.

Frank Perri has joined the Lorenz Consultancy as a surveyor in the professional lease advisory team. He specialises in lease advisory, rent reviews and lease renewals.

Chris Keogh has joined the Derby office of BB&J Commercial. He previously worked for Salloways and Peveril Group

Lambert Smith Hampton has appointed graduate surveyor Chris Andrews to its office advisory division in Bristol. He joins from Berkshire Hathaway.

Meyer Bergman, the pan-European investment manager specialising in urban mixed-use real estate, has appointed Herman Kok as head of research. He joins from Multi Corporation.

Peter Mayo has joined Acuitus as an investment director from Allsop.

Robertson Group has appointed David Reynolds from Cushman & Wakefield as group marketing director.

Bruton Knowles has recruited senior surveyor David Lancaster to its rural surveying team in Shrewsbury. He joins from Savills and will specialise in estate management, compensation advice and consultancy services.

Richard Scharenguivel has been appointed as manager of the Mander shopping centre in Wolverhampton.

Property consultancy MK2 Real Estate has appointed Marcello Della Croce as head of the property management team. James Cuthbert has joined as a graduate surveyor.

Jai Patel has joined Amro Real Estate partners as an investment director from ICG-Longbow.

Cushman & Wakefield has appointed Rhoda Joseph as general manager of the Grand Arcade shopping centre in Cambridge.

Ben Robinson has joined the registered valuers team at Crickmay Chartered Surveyors in Horsham.

The Bristol office of Henry Boot Developments has appointed Edward Gurhy from AD4Energy as senior project manager. James Cinicola from Cushman & Wakefield and Mo Hassan from Castleoak join as development surveyors.

Sanderson Weatherall has appointed Jon Klass as partner in its London office. He joins from MJ Mapp where he was an associate director.

Else Solicitors has appointed solicitor Ashley Taylor to its corporate and commercial team.

City living specialist Morgans has recruited Jeremy Davis as head of sales and lettings.

Onward Homes has appointed Sandy Livingstone as executive director for property. Livingstone joins from Savills and will be responsible for developing and implementing long-term strategies for property investment, development and maintenance across the organisation.

Commercial property specialist Bulleys has recruited Joseph Scott as a general practice surveyor.

Cheffins has appointed John Grossart as a consultant and Mark Drummond as a commercial agency surveyor in the Cambridgeshire region.

Savills has made the following senior planner promotions in its national planning division: Alice Kennedy and Oliver Milne, London; Ruth Bryan, Sevenoaks; Stephanie Politis, Southampton; Joanne Oldfield, Leeds; Charlotte Savage, Oxford; and Brad Wiseman, Manchester.

Knight Frank’s national offices team has appointed Andy Nixon as senior surveyor from Vail Williams. Jack Riley and Will Buttery have been promoted to associates.

Nicholas Watts has joined Junction 10 Consulting as a director from Altus.

Allsop has appointed Vik Shukla as a salaried partner in the commercial valuation team and Chris Room has joined the city investment team. Both previously worked for BNP Paribas Real Estate.

European real estate investment platform Henderson Park has appointed Neil Kirk as principal responsible for the asset management of its hotel portfolio. He was previously a director at Westmont Hospitality Group.

GVA’s retail and leisure team has appointed Richard Jones as a director and Guy Sankey as a senior surveyor. They join from Lambert Smith Hampton.

Glenny has appointed Ibrahim Beg as a senior surveyor in its valuation team. He specialises in commercial and residential valuations in east London and Essex.

Law firm Irwin Mitchell has appointed Andrew Wallis as head of real estate in its Sheffield office. Wallis joined the firm in 2011 and specialises in development projects.

Ex-police inspector Catherine Haward has taken the reins of Midlands’ firm Wheatcroft Land from her father with plans to grow its presence in the commercial and retail property sectors.

Steve Manifold has joined Henry Boot Developments as a senior development surveyor in its Manchester office. He joins from Knight Frank.
