This week’s appointments, promotions and office moves

Cushman & Wakefield has appointed Edward Gregg as a partner in the London project management and consultancy team. He joins from JLL and has 19 years’ experience.

Lee Baron has promoted Mark Fitzgerald to head of property management. He joined the firm in 2015 and has 15 years’ experience in commercial property.

Jeremy Phillips has joined Fisher German as a business development manager. He will lead business development across all sectors and service lines.

Aitchison Raffety has promoted Robert Hearle to associate director in its healthcare division. He has more than 10 years’ experience in the healthcare industry.

Knight Frank has recruited Daniel Fox as a lettings manager at its Islington office. He was previously with Foxtons. Richard Henley has been appointed to the industrial property team in Yorkshire. He joins from Gent Visick.

Luke Martin has joined Aitchison Raffety as an assistant planner in its planning and development division based in Northampton.

Jamie Adam has joined Savills as head of residential development sales in the North of England. He will set up a new residential development sales team covering Manchester, Leeds and York.

Lambert Smith Hampton in Birmingham has promoted Gemma Butler in the industrial and logistics team and Luke Phillips and Louise Lokucewicz in the property management team to senior surveyors.

JLL in Warsaw has promoted Anna Młyniec to international director. She is one of 50 women globally to hold such a senior position.

Manchester-based law firm Primas Law has appointed Sheila Whitton from Weightmans to head its housing and regeneration team.

Pure Offices has named Nathalie Lomas as centre manager at its serviced office centre at Port Solent in Portsmouth.

Anwyl Group has launched Anwyl Land. The new division will be headed by managing director Phil Dolan and land and planning director Duncan Gregory, both join from Gladman Developments.

GVA has recruited Rachel Harney as an interim director and Miranda Joseph and Catherine Box as associates in the property management accounts team. Gert Corfield joins as an associate and Ryan Woodcock as a surveyor in the property management consultancy team.

Will Bishop has joined UK leisure property agency Shelley Sandzer as a graduate surveyor in the professional services team.

Bovis Homes has appointed Paul Soutar as operations director for its East division. He has previously held director roles with Crest Nicholson and Barratt Homes.

Tuffin Ferraby Taylor has appointed Murray Anderson as technical partner in its development management team. He joins from Aspire Development Management.

Iain McArthur has joined Colliers International as head of residential land, development and consultancy in its Birmingham office. He joins from McCarthy & Stone where he was head of the land acquisition team.

Johnson Fellows has appointed Iain Mills from Towler Shaw Roberts. He joins as a senior surveyor and will work on acquisitions and disposals for retailers, landlords and property companies across the UK.

Innes England has recruited Joe Cable as a surveyor. He joins from Everards Brewery.

Steer Davies Gleave has appointed Riccardo Bobisse as an associate in the UK planning team to develop the firm’s urban design offering. He joins from PLP Architecture.

Real estate investment firm Aprirose has appointed Leigh Hazelton as an investment associate and Jinal Patel as an investment analyst.

Dan Tapscott has joined Rapleys as a partner to establish and lead its new neighbourly matters services offering. He is based in Bristol but will aim to establish a team across the UK.

Office agent Glyn Lloyd has joined Farebrother as a partner and will provide occupier advisory services. He was previously with Lambert Smith Hampton where he provided specialist advice on changing working patterns and operational requirements to occupiers, landlords and developers.

Andrea Pittaluga has joined CBRE Capital Advisors as a senior director in the European debt and structured finance team led by Marco Rampin. He was formerly a director at Lloyds Banking Group.

Colman Architects has appointed Aylem Boyraz and Vanessa Assaf as architectural assistants.
